Uh... If tl;dr, my character joined in with the group.
((This post ended up a looooot longer than I thought. LOL))
"Wait- Tyrunt! Come back!" Rumi eagerly called after the Pokemon.
Earlier...
Rumi left the shore, and they began to make her way towards the next town, when a gentle nudge prodded her leg. She looked down to her left to find Tyrunt looking up at her expectantly with his large jaw wide open. He was hungry. Retrieving an Oran Berry from her satchel, Rumi bent over to give it to the eager Pokemon when it was snatched away right from her hand by a Rattata. As expected, the angered Tyrunt gave chase after the wild Pokemon, following it towards the direction of Route One.
She continued to run after them with Glaceon by her side. By the time she caught up, she found the two Pokemon in a stare-down. She had two choices at that time: fight or solve it diplomatically and give both of them a berry.
While she was pondering over her choices, however, Tyrunt had already started fighting with the wild Pokemon and eventually knocked it out with a Bite. Rumi sighed in resignation, and took out two more berries from her bag. She helped heal up the Rattata before it scuttered away, and the other berry was given to Glaceon.
"Tyrunt, I could have just given you another one, you know?" She stated, though she doubted he heard her while he was busy munching away.
Catching her breath, she took in her surroundings. She was still in the right path, so that was good. A few ways away from her, there was a group of Trainers who seemed to be battling- though others were just watching. It seemed like they were going to continue. Her desire to watch and observe their battle styles was gnawing at her, but her shyness was hold her back. A soft push of encouragement on the back of her legs changed that, and she looked back at her partners. With a nod, she walked over to the group, the two of them following a step behind.

Surprised by the random explosion, Alexandrite jolted and looked up in surprise, to find a figure clad in red. Several seconds passed as she tried to process what had just happened, before she excitedly made her way towards the figure. Her dress fluttered around her as she jogged over to him, until she came to a stop a fair distance away from him. Alexandrite looked up at him with eyes of wonder.
"That was so cool! Do you control fire too?" she asked, slightly bouncing in place.

Ah, I missed a lot. Guess I'll wait a bit before trying to join in. Also going to change my character's personality.
Alexandrite shifted on her feet, waiting for a reaction from the girl. She waited a few minutes before the awkwardness of the situation became too much for her and she walked away, off to find something else of interest. She walked around the campus aimlessly, stopping every once in a while when she found something that proved to be mildly interesting. This continued for a while, until her feet brought her to the front of the school.
At that point, Alexandrite was considering playing with fire in the open fields until she caught sight of the bright colors of flowers, and she walked over with the sparkles in her eyes gleaming once again. These are so pretty! She crouched next to them, and a smile once again made its way onto her lips. She was perfectly content with sitting there for a while and admiring the gifts from nature. In fact, she was so engrossed in them that she hadn't realized there was someone else nearby.
At that point, Alexandrite was considering playing with fire in the open fields until she caught sight of the bright colors of flowers, and she walked over with the sparkles in her eyes gleaming once again. These are so pretty! She crouched next to them, and a smile once again made its way onto her lips. She was perfectly content with sitting there for a while and admiring the gifts from nature. In fact, she was so engrossed in them that she hadn't realized there was someone else nearby.
It somehow ended up like that. xD Though, it probably won't seem that way when she's in action and she starts freezing the air around her, coating her hands with ice, and all that other Yuki-Onna stuff.

Skill: Hiding her presence and concentration.
Powers: Unless she transforms into her demon forms, she hardly has any power- her ears are basically for show other than the sensitive hearing they provide, and she can only form ice pictures or snowballs.
As a Yuki-Onna, she has absolute control over ice and snow, and can even make clones of herself and other people made out of ice. She specializes in crafting ice weapons.
On the other hand, as a Gremlin, she has the power to make copies of herself in Gremlin form, who are able to carry out predetermined orders. Her bat-like ears allow her to fly short distances. In this form, she is also much more agile, and can run fairly fast on her feet.
Weaknesses: Just like any other ice-based youkai, she's weak to heat and fire. Additionally, it's painful for her ears and tail to be pulled, which is one of the easier ways to break her concentration. She is also weak to being bribed with sweets.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on the person), she has a case of claustrophobia, so she can't spawn too much Ice Clones/Gremlin copies.
History: Ever since she was young, Misaki was constantly bullied by her classmates. The bullying continually got worse every passing day, until it went too far and she ended up in a near-death situation. Her mother, who was hardly home and almost always at work to provide for them, heard of this, and withdrew Misaki from the school. Since then, Misaki was homeschooled, until she heard of the academy and wanted to give regular schooling another try.
Her claustrophobia came from her first meeting with Reina.
Other: Sometimes, she likes to take advantage of her smaller Gremlin form. There have been instances where she stayed in it for a whole day. She also has a mysterious beret that she summons from out of nowhere, and make it vanish as if it was never there.

A breeze gently ruffled Rumi's platinum blonde hair, and she took in the fresh, calming air. She had just arrived at the shore with her best friends Glaceon and Tyrunt in tow. Today, their journey would finally begin. They would meet all kinds of Pokemon, go to so much different places, and explore the vast world they lived in.
