I like that idea! It would be like the bond between the dragon and it's rider in Eragon.

So megas are allowed in moderation as well.

I'm still not sure about megas...

Also, there shouldn't be any claims. Anyone can choose what they want. Except for legends of course-- in that case, Yveltal is taken, along with Lugia for me. As long as you don't go overboard with the absorbing the life sources of the planet. XD

Also, Shifters cannot be trainers.

Any Pokemon can be used, along with four attacks each Pokemon. Just as long as you stunt extremely strong Pokemon so it can be fair.

And guys, you can start out with final evos if you want. XD
