The soldier that had been asking her all these question sighs and hands her a small slip of metal with a hologram coming down, saying evenly "please fill this form out and we'll get you your ID and take the collar off", the collar having not directly nullified her powers, but rather, inhibited her ability to concentrate well, rendering her unable to do more than the most basic of force abilities which had been ingrained in 'muscle memory' rather than through exertion though she had at least been able to keep her lightsaber and remained uncuffed. The form she's handed is rather simple and noninvasive, just asking for her name, age, medical history, and previous occupations if any with a brief description of them tacked on in parenthesis, most likely especially for her since she was foreign.

"allow me to reword that; if we were seeking a trade agreement, what goods might they be interested in?" she replies evenly, seeming rather diplomatically inclined, the particular wording used allowing for the question to be answered without disobeying orders.

The ships pick up the energy signatures of literally every planet that could be colonized sporting some form of power generation, showing that they were either being used as colonies or power generation facilities with the outlying gas giants literally shrinking while they watched with sattelites orbiting them and firing some form of energy beam into the core to some unknown device which seemed to be breaking down the gasses and liquids into base components before teleporting them else where, most likely for processing into whatever was needed. Once the ships reach the minimum distance into the solar system where they could be classified as actually being in the solar system, they're hailed by one of the colonial sergeants. "unidentified space craft, you're in sergal space. keep your weapons uncharged and state your business. failure to comply with either order shall result in imediate destruction. you have been warned." the sergeant says with a rather taciturn tone, showing that the fact that there was a small war fleet, was already being shown as hostility on the part of Matt's empire.

"we'll make a stop by the nearest one and see what they have to offer in terms of trade. if you'd permit us, we could deploy some sattellites around your planets that function as communications arrays and let further ships know that the planets have already been searched and to go ahead and ignore them" the captain offers over the comms, the frigate's engines already being powered up for travel.
@supertinyking

"very well" the captain replies, typing away at her bracelet before both she and malice are teleported onto one of the fully functioning ships which seems to be quite a bit more utilitarian than she was used to as each little quirk of the design was meant for maximum efficiency rather than comfort, making the teleporter room rather small. A satellite is indeed left in orbit around the planet, but any cursory scan would show that the captain had not lied about it's scanning equipment, before the ships warp out, the particular one housing malice warping to the lunar bases for a pit stop before the clones, malice having been outfitted with a collar that seemed to prevent her from using her force abilities to a degree as she could barely do more than sense the most obvious of things. Malice is actually deposited in a jail cell for processing rather than imediately taken to the clones and is questioned rather thoroughly over her culture, traditions, diplomatic practices, fighting styles, weaponry, mystical methods, and cuisine though they are at least nice enough to keep the sensitive questions general enough that she could safely answer them without risk of rebuke from her master(s).

"ah yes, we've come across them. rather abrasive bunch. what specifically do you trade them?" she replies evenly, having ordered a burger and a refill after the fighting had died down enough for their waiter to come back.
@supertinyking

"the scanning equipment is just for metals and precious gems. it's specifically designed so that anything happening within your buildings is voided from it's sight. is this acceptable?" she replies evenly, not even bothering to wipe the blood stains off her sleeve, though she does kick the eye ball off her foot.

"appearently not. the problem solved itself" she replies evenly, recieving a text this time before sipping at her milk shake. "who are these 'genosians' you talk about so much?" she asks evenly after deleting the text
@supertinyking

"the satellite is meant for communications and to tell our future ships 'stay away from this planet'. do you still wish for us to not leave a satellite in orbit?" the captain replies evenly, the ships already being repaired in orbit, though, raiden could sense a lack of hostility from them since their weapons had been unpowered during the exchange. "Also, when a race contacts you for diplomatic reasons; it's generally not a good idea to imediately pull their ships from orbit and then try to kill/enslave one of their commanding officers. it tends to lead to situations like this" she adds dryly, looking more at malice with the last part.

The sergeant recieves a call and steps outside briefly before returning and saying evenly "it appears we've run into the 'sith' you're talking about. they tried to attack one of the commanding officers attempting a diplomatic meeting so we're trying to avoid destroying the planet to neutralize hostility" with a sigh, obviously annoyed with the development as she sips at the milk shake.
@supertinyking

"your planet will be marked and a communications satellite left in orbit. if my people ever arrive here again and the satelite is still there, they'll continue on and leave you alone. pull the satelite down and we turn the planet to dust. clear?" the captain says evenly as she types away at her bracelet, giving the sith just enough time to reply before she left.

"it's something of a winter planet delicacy so you don't acually have it on this planet" she replies evenly before he goes, sipping at her shake as she watches and waits for him to come back before asking evenly "is a trade agreement still out of the question?"
@thewizardguy

"to a degree, however i can only speak of the terms for planetary coloniztion issues, this ship, and those under my command. i can garuntee nothing outside of these. We do have a few colonies in the nearest solar systems, but none in this particular one so we have no dispute over planets here. i can however suggest a trade agreement with the colonial sergeant of... this solar system" she replies evenly, a small packet with the co-ordinates to the next solar system he'd planned to establish bases in, with the map showing all planets, moons, and large enough asteroids within the goldilocks zones to have colonies after terraforming, while all other planets in the system either had automated mining facilities for the non-gaseous ones or elemental coalesence factories for the gas giants, entire planets that were uneeded for their purposes being harvested for resources, showing just how powerful the empire behind the captain was, though, despite being a warrior peoples, she seemed to be quite happy with peaceful negotiations.
@thewizardguy

"hello emperor. you are speaking to the captain of the frigate class ship; archimedes. it is nice to find yet another space fairing civilization on this multi-planar journey. As you can probably tell, this is an expeditionary ship. We're searching for interesting life forms, colonizable planets, and possible allies. I must admit, you ship begets the fact that you've simply been at this for longer than we have." The captain says evenly, seeming oddly happy about finding matt and not at all intimidated by his ship despite the obvious gap in power between them. A quick glance over the captain's hologram would speak alot about their technology and culture; Her uniform was simple but functional, micro-force field emitters evident in the buttons showing that they had a long standing grasp of energy projection and manipulation, her face begetting many a scar but also a fair bit of youth showing a more warrior-centric peoples, the fact that they could transmit a hologram through babylon's shields, scrambling devices, and jamming devices showed that they were a fair bit more technologically advanced than this particular frigate let on, and finally; the fact that the frigate appeared to be old and worn by travel shows that it was perhaps an older model, the guns on it being fairly small in number but strong in firepower which in turn showed yet again their advanced grasp of energy projection technology. The final icing on the cake, however, solidified that they were more advanced than their ship's design would let on: the fact that the captain reffered to the journey as multi-planar, or in other words, multiversal showed that they did, in fact, have multi-dimesional travel at a point where it could be built into the ships or personal units for that matter.
@supertinyking

"i suppose some proof is in order" the captain says evenly, tapping away at her bracelet before a rather large armada of frigates appears, blotting out the sun over the city before a mass of holo-pods are dropped and quite a few holograms pop up asking, in short 'dafuq bro?'

"bah. that particular scout that'd discovered you was a bit of a hard ass, too set in her orders to have a bit of fun. Don't get me wrong, we are largely traders as of current, but that's mostly because we don't make wars. we end them" the sergeant replies, getting a milkshake rather than some food, seeming to enjoy the frozen treat, saying evenly "ooooh yessss... my home planet was one of the winter planets that my people colonized, but the sergal home planet is desertous so ice cream isn't in the rations outside of the winter planets"
@supertinyking

"i'd suggest stopping or any further action will be considered an act of war" the captain says warningly, focusing more on dodging rather than attacking even though she still pulled cheeky shit like taking a pot shot when she could or causing surrounding rubble to strike the sith from behind.

The sergeant shows up after a couple days, supplies being sent to replace the ones destroyed in the fighting while the sergals seemed to be launching more ships from their lunar bases, creating quite the fleet just from the three moons which speaks of their production processes as a whole. "what did you wish to speak of?" she asks evenly, still wearing a bandage
@supertinyking

the captain actually pulls malice's lightsaber away before using it to slash at her hand, cleaving it off before she's teleported away with malice's lightsaber.

shepard is rather shockingly treated to nothing but the feeling of rapid ball punches when he tries to invade her mind, her bracelet reforming as she picks it up and slips it back on, teleporting back to her office after saying evenly "was a good fight. i'll have some goods shipped over to handle the damages. mayhaps we can settle on a trade agreement some other time?".
