If you blow up his brains, then he is dead. If Jake dies, he will no longer be able to cast spells.However, you've said before that it requires time to take effect, and nothing so serious is completely unnoticed.
not really, it takes time to make sure he doesn't notice it :3 i can just blair a subsonic frequency in his head and it'll explode... but that'd be too easy :3

Unless you can specifically target the part of the brain that he uses to cast magic and disable it, cause unconsciousness instantly, or in some other way prevent someone from all thought and action, then you can't really truly nullify magic.And yes, Jake is very hard to kill, as all teleporting characters are. Anyone who can leave a combat at will at any time is hard to kill. The only real way to kill him is to use the element of surprise, like sniping him from a building.And your experience just fortifies my point.
i have obscene amount of lung size and you know it! and i effectively scramble his brains... or blow them up... depends on how fine tuned i get it...
