Viewing raw data...Wow. I applaud you. Part 2 indeed!
9 billion bodies. So one could say 5,850,000 75-meter tall people. The nature of the species warrants a higher population, at least as a general rule. I do apologize however, that estimate proved to be off. Now doing the calculations, 5 billion bodies seems on point, so something that brings me to 3 mil.
How small do I have to go? My imagined demographics say 1/3 of pop in space, which is around 9 billion warm bodies.

An arguable point.
Alright. Sounds cool. I will draft my NS over the next week as I have time. I think I will go Satyr.
Alright, I am just better with superpowers.

I would not like forum ranks, as there is no viable system of determining them.

I agree total deletion would be troublesome, but closing it would do nothing.
First off, I am the first NS. I did not see any power guidelines. I assumed other nations would be of similar power. Also, most 'villas' are grouped into villages of maybe 100, forming space villages that are somewhat clustered to form 10 major space-cities. They need the space being that one life can control 50 bodies. They're sentient population is about 10% of humans, but that still means a lot of bodies. That is roughly 5 times earth's population, although evolutionary advantages allow them to be fairly compact. My NS is still very much WIP.
The Hubble space telescope can detect things much farther than that, yet it is fairly small. The radar sphere is not that big, being it also gets video, but satellite tech allows us to see al of earth. Also, those are the military stations. Most others are space villas, maybe 5 sq hm at the most, and unarmed. I apologize for not making this immediately clear.
