I can volunteer to play Republican in addition to Orbistan.
Seems enough. Don't want that map getting too crowded.
I think t would be unfair to allow Republica to be free land. that gives an unfair bonus to the UF, Antegria, and Impor. I know this isn't about playing fair, but nonetheless, GM decree in my opinion shouldn't aid one side or the other. I would recommend making it a wasteland passage, devoid of supply centers but simply providing a path of attack.
