Die Vereinigten Konföderierten von Rheinland Gemeinschaft

The United confederations of the Rheinland Commonwealth

Culture and Society

They are a modernized German Empire, and are living in the wastes of the Rheinland. Worms is their only remaining city. They are stout and battle hardened people, and all able persons must serve a 6-year term in the military. Being that they are entirely focused on taking back Berlin, few people have time for art and culture. What remains of their culture is mostly modern German elements, with quite a few callbacks to pre-WW1 German Empire.
Location

Old World Connection

Germany, most notably culture specific to the Rheinland in 1850-1950. They do have modernized weapons and tech, but are of course struggling to secure their weapons from rival Germanic tribes.
Population

maɪnts: 75,000 within the city, 30,000 military.
Northern countryside: 8000, 2000 military.
Soulthern countryside: 7,000, 1,500 military.
Government

Ruled an autocratic 'Emperor'; Kaiser Nikolaus Jäger. He allows a free market, but considers political opposition treasonous.
Language

Most common language is Deutsch, but some English and French are spoken.
Economic System

Free market, practically all people who are not in the military are gun, food, or simple clothing merchants.
Exports
Fine rifles, the fine gunmaking business has sprung as nearly the only art form within the Rheinland.
Imports
Wood, brick, and other building materials.
Food/Water sources
Lake Constance is their primary water source, and various countryside farms assure that they at least won't starve.
Strengths

Defendable position
The city of Worms has 30 ft deep trenches on all sides of it. Various tram systems can carry the farmers to the countryside if need be.
Wiling Populace
The population burns with rage at the Fourth Reich, a Neo-Nazi terrorist group that has taken over Berlin. They swear that they will conquer them, and even civilians proudly curse in their name.
Weaknesses

Resource Trapped
The citizens of Rheinland know their fate, that is to take over Berlin, or starve. Farms are already beginning to wield less and less produce, and metal supplies are dangerously low.
Insurgents
Fourth Reich insurgents believe it is their duty to conquer Mainz. They utilize suicide bombers, grenade launchers, bomber planes, and have even tried to utilize a stolen nuke. These attacks have crippled the Rheinland.
History
After breaking away from a Neo-Nazi Germany, they have established a capital at Worms in 2070. They are now sworn enemies of the Fourth Reich. They are also in a resource-life-death-grapple with them for the last of Germany's resources. In 2080, 10m trenches were dug around Worms and almost all resources were moved there.

The Germanic regions are fairly mutant free as most have migrated to Moscow. When a mutant slips past Berlin, it is usually native to Moscow. Occasionally, the Fourth Reich will use them as bio-weapons, but they are very uncontrollable.
A compilation of various nations and characters. If you like one, think I could improve in an area, or have questions, please post and PM. I am not posting these in chronological, order, and some these I must say, looking back, are terrible rush-work CS/NSs. However, I do enjoy fabricating some of the better ones.
I am hungry for Hungary.
If you took over France, I would be in one of the bloodiest conflicts imaginable with you.
I mentioned the French revolution, two major wars, and the fact that I sold most of my colonies to them. That is over half of my history edits.
I am open to suggestions. Just...I reference France a few to many times for it to be available for play.
Interestingly enough, my borders touch all of you. I also have Central America surrounded. Peculiar.
Welcome to the Nauditum Isles, a collection of tropics and forts overflowing with resources. The setting is a pseudo-carribean in 1600. You are an admiral of a fleet. There will be stat mechanics, but it will be half and half with regular IC posting.

Draw a line around the hexes you want your fleet.
Your fleet composition:
5 Sloops
5 Corvettes
3 Galleys
2 Galleons
2 Naves
3 Brigs
2 Mans of War
3 Ships of Line
1 Flagship
Arranged in order of power. You thus command 26 ships.

Pictures are helpful!
The 'or' is why it is here, but you are only commanding 1 ship with some background lore/nations, and it is only half tabletop. I do agree this is an awkward genre though. I might post a duplicate in both.
@TheMaster99 Forgive me, I did not see the mention of creativity modifiers until now.
