I am not being controlled by a mind flayer. I just used my own healthy brain to come to that conclusion. Because I'm saying it, it must be true.

Abilities: Vic has the natural ability to communicate with animals. He can speak to them and understand them as if he was talking with a human. Although he can talk to animals, this doesn't mean he can necessarily persuade them or calm them down. It's much like talking to a human, if you're anti-social it's not likely you'll be able to pick up on the subtle hints and social signs they may be giving.

This ability works well on wild animals and beasts, but when it comes to the beasts of other tamers, their voices and words get distorted making much harder to communicate with them.

@Bryn
Talking with animals. I think this one fits a bit better, please tell me if you think otherrwise
@Undying Curiosity
I feel like your weapon is a bit too detached from your beasts.

Did you mean my ability instead of weapon ??
Abilities: Hammerspace (backpack)- Vic has the ability to pull items out of a hammerspace dimension or pocket dimension. This allows him to reach inside his backpack, which acts as his personal portal of sorts, to pull out any weapon. The weapon may be bigger than the backpack itself. An example; Vic opens the main pocket off his back-pack and pulls out a medieval flail.

Vic's pocket dimension can only hold so much as 5 weapons (or items). To be able to pull out these weapons from his backpack he must have first put them in. Vic can use his hammerspace ability in any area that is not being observed by anyone, this is why he chooses to use a backpack, he can carry it around and still be able to use his hammerspace ability.

(if this isn't very clear here is a gif of the Scott Pilgrim movie where Ramona pulls a hammer out of a small satchel using this hammerspace technique http://stream1.gifsoup.com/view7/2636878/ramona-rocks-o.gif)

@Bryn
This was added the my Cs for abilities. If you thinks its too OP, I can nerf it more or change it. It's up to you

Name: Victor "Vic" Taylor

Age: 18

Rank: Student

Bio: Vic was born into a middle class family in a rural part of Canada. A small town with not much going on, it was one of those "out-of-the-way" towns that you drive through on your way to your cousins or your grandma's. This town that Vic lived in, grew up in and went to school in, it had sort of a quaint feel. Victor was born in the general hospital to a May and Russel Taylor in the dead of winter on a particularly snowy day. Vic's mother was a very enthusiastic Teller who was usually open about her endeavors, throughout Vic's upbringing his mother often spoke of her trials as a teller and spoke of how, "It's gunna be the new hip thing, you just watch!". Of course, Vic's interest in the art of the beasts piqued at a young age. Vic's father was indifferent to his mothers talents as a Teller, but because she was his wife he went along with it. Vic spent his few years of High school almost completely in the library, researching the Tellers and Tamers. He'd made it is goal to become one of the greatest Tamers to live, through conviction and training. Although this meant years of training and practice, Vic was willing to dediicate his life to a beast and to being a Tamer. During his high school years Vic had found his beast and had decided to move to Scandinavia to further is knowledge and talent as a Tamer.

Definitely have the Fallout setting take place in a big city. I like @ActRaiserTheReturned's idea about Fallout Quebec. I don't know of any famous landmarks in Quebec, however (Only mentioning this because I know people at Bethesda Game Studios love to make their game more immersive by adding well known statues, buildings, areas etc,).About the faction idea, personally, I feel like it would be nice to have some cannon factions tossed in with some non-cannon ones, such as BoS and The Children of Atom.
Alright, you have my interest XD
Just to be clear, when you and your mundane share a soul, the mundane animates into a living beast?
I really like this idea, you have my interest.

There was silence in the sewers for a brief moment, only for a few second, in those few second Elijah could only imagine his plan worked. The noises around him started to quiet down until the only thing he could hear was the flowing water and the faint pulse of the two super humans before him. Elijah tried some breathing exercises to regulate his heart beat, using his power so much in such a short time took it's toll. He feared that even if this plan worked, they would hear his heavy breathing. The sewer was silent for a brief moment. The moment of silence and hope shattered like a pane of glass falling on concrete, that moment when he'd heard John's voice, louder than ever. His voice projected to Elijah like megaphone, and when Elijah heard his words, he knew his plan had failed.

Elijah gave it no thought, but his instincts kicked in and he tried to run. He may have gotten a single step in before something grabbed him. This grip was intense, and it was cloaking him like a blanket. He could move his arms through this grip but his body seemed trapped, he started to get pulled in the direction of the two he was following until he was finally in view. From the rooftops of his building, it was hard to make out the details of their faces, but they were clear as day now. Elijah started to panic again, he feared for his life. That theory about them hunting people with powers was the only thing he could think of, this was his anxiety acting up again. John spoke again, Elijah's ears nearly popped as it was amplified by Elijah power. "I-I-I'm no one... Please! I was just trying to scare you guys." Elijah said, glancing over to Amelia who was carrying Jerome, "I s-saw you guys a few blocks from the burning building, where he's from." Elijah kept talking, "I know you guys are different. Like me! I heard you guys were going to Haven and I wanted to know what was there." Elijah, the more he talked the more he calmed, the idea of these two being a part of the group who was hunting supers started to dissipate. Elijah thought, if they knew he was just a teenager, they would leave him be.

~ Cafateria ~

The Cafeteria was one of Han's favorite places to be at Riverdale. The smell of the bakery baking the bread and pastries that would be eaten later that day, the ambiance of the modern style, even the smell of the lemon scented all purpose cleaner they used to clean the floors, everything about this cafeteria made Han feel relaxed. When Han walked in to the cafeteria, coffee in hand, the first thing that caught his eye was the extra curricular activities both, next to it stood Linta. Han had met Linta last year when he'd first come to Riverdale; He was a grade 11 back then and she was the one who helped him achieve greatness in his Avian form. He was a bit un-certain why she was here today, thinking that she graduated the year prior.

Han made a be-line for one of the cafeteria shops, it was a sandwich shop that made morning specials. Han picked himself up a egg wrap, dipping into the little change he had. He'd been trying to manage his money recently, but the temptation of the coffee shop was overpowering. Han looked back at Lint through the booths. He could see her eagerness to meat the new students, unfortunately the cafeteria wasn't the first stop of most peoples agenda. Han decided to hi; He marched through the booths over to Linta, and when he was sure he'd caught her eye, he waved. While he was still walking to her he spoke up, "You excited? This year looks like a good." Han's voice was smooth, and mellowing. It wasn't to high pitched, or to low, and it didn't have that nasally sound. "I can't wait to see the newcomers change. Oh jeez it's gunna be funny." Han said as he approached Linta, who stood strong with her clipboard in hand.
