Claudia is, at least somewhat, outgoing, warm, and charismatic, which usually earns her a place of prestige in a school's society. Although not as sweet and well-refined as some others, this is in exchange for being endowed with a decent skill of leadership, a sense of humor, and a place in the honor rolls. Claudia also knows when to leave people alone, most especially when attempting to converse with shy people. 

Look beyond her facade, and she has motives similar to that of corrupt politicians. She will likely use her influence and charisma to sweet-talk people into undermining the reputations of both competitors and "dissidents". While not likely to get her hands on the treasury, she lets the flow go on naturally and wait for her many friends and supporters into treating her with stuff. 

Her interests unusually lie on (non-erotic!) mature stuff, like politics, history, formal clothing, and the like. Claudia's interests unusually incline towards men's interests, and even stranger so when she manages to retain her heterosexuality and lean away from tomboyishness despite assumptions.

Screw all that.

Claudia was raised simple and fair, with little issues in life whatsoever, in the Oklahoma panhandle. By some sort of ironic divine blessing, the Dwyer family had thankfully never been influenced by Bible Belt fanatics from the east, and the girl went to live a life free from pressure.

But Claudia found this boring.

So one day, she thought, "Why just make myself feel great? Why not also make myself truly great?"

So Claudia made herself a reputation in her school from the fourth grade, and a year later her influence skyrocketed, reaping what the fruits of her plans offered. But one day in summer, at the end of her middle school days, Claudia's dad heard of an incredibly high-paying job offer in Japan, and finding it hard to resist, moved his family there. 

Now Claudia was back to square one.

And because Nakkashiblahblah happened to sit near where they lived, and because it looked and sounded fancy, the girl began drafting her plans to secure her glory once again.

Other
Claudia's Japanese is clunky and awkward, and only fellow foreigners may be able to understand her. Still, she seeks to master the language so that her intentions reach out to the natives.
