charles walks down to the floor with the new subject. he walks up to the cage, without looking at him and staying transfixed on his tablet. "hello, im Mr Davidson, the resercher. i am here to see wht you can do. now, real name and what you can do?"

the bike skidded past them as the tire burst. Charles skidded along the floor, he was injured but got up. grabbed his M9 and ran to the bike, checking the tire. he pulled his kife out and held it in the tactical position and aimed the gun at the men. "now what was that for?"

Charles starts reeving the bike. he takes down the road he had the M9 in his hand and was screaming "YE HA" as he went down the road. he was ready to jump off the bike and subdue the two men, knowing if he dies he will all more zombies.

Reason for Being a Killer: while growing up in London, where the ones that run the fire house are the ones who start the fire. where the lawless make the laws. and every preacher is a liar. and the ones that damn the innocent, while they own the nightly news. and front page. he saw unlike others he grew up with. a way to get rich off the vurabilty of the dieing city. he dabbled in murder, treason and assassination. all running from his house on west street. (i find its better explained in the bio)

Backstory: he had a fairly humble beginning, he grew up in a large house on the outskirts of London. his father was a "legitimate businesses man" who exploited the loop holes and flaws of the city. from a young age he had a interest in criminology and the laws of the city. he also learnt most of the rules and regulations disappeared when the hierarchy wanted them to, as a result he lost nearly all his faith in the system and decided to rebel against it and make some money from that. at the age of 24 he graduated top of his class in criminology and had a doctorate to show for it, he set to work with some of the lowly thugs and "gangsters" to take the city and drown it in crime that he can control.
Other: it was to be expected i was taking villain as i enjoy seeing other chars hate my char. hope it gets accepted as i feel il enjoy this one.
