"CRAP" Davidson hit the floor while his partner ran to cover behind the car, the car was parked net to a damaged pump... unfortunately unknown to him. some gas had leaked from the pump and was spreading along the floor, also with the recent change some of the liquid was spraying out..

Davidson gun weres shaking "UMM, HANDS UP?!" he fired a shot but it went wide he looked past the guy to see a man behind a shelving unit who had his gun pointing up the man was sliding in a mag. Davidson spotted a badge and felt safer "Now hands up!"

"2 11 in progress. gas station" the female voice came over the radio "on de Santa road" Davidson looked up from the wheel "WERE NEAR THERE!" he was jumping up and down on his chair. he turned the wheel and pulled into the gas station. he saw a man firing shots at some balaclava men. Davidson swung out the car and with his parter becouscky walked up to the building "POLICE COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP"

(you cant hit everyone also if i give chase it means the getaway driver has more of a job to do. i could NPC it out as a beat cop but it would be easier to just do it this way)
PWANG. the bullet hit the metal shelf next to him. Charles levels the gun and fired a few shots back. CLICK. CLICK, CLICK the gun was out of ammo. Charles reached down and grabbed a spare mag and slid it in-place.
CRASH the car came gliding through the concrete and glass. he was taken back by the wind. gun up he ran at the door and aimed the gun at his head "your under arrest" the back door was still open and the door behind that was unlocked. yes the police had pulled in but they could still escape, after all, all he could be charged with was destruction of property.
