Personality: To put it bluntly, Virginia is the strong-silent type. He doesn't speak much, but he does like to be around others simply for their presence. He has always played a supporting role, and he has always been happy doing just that.
History: Not much of Virginia's history is available to view. One of the few things that can be seen, and is very prominent in his career, was his ability to destroy four Covenant ships in deep space. Two were destroyed by luring them into an asteroid field, one by slingshotting a Covenant cruiser into a moon, and one was finished off with the ship's weapons. The first three are put on Rutherford, and he directed the entire maneuver after pleading with the captain that he knew how to get them out alive. He was awarded a Medal of Honor for saving his crew.

When he's not in a vehicle, he prefers to short/mid to mid-ranged combat, using his environment to great effect. He's single-handedly turned the tide of battles with seemingly useless background items and explosives. He's also an expert at Breach and Clear objectives, having practiced Breach and Clear drills too many times to count.
Other: One of his nicknames is Rebel because the capital of the Confederacy was Richmond, Virginia.
He and West Virginia work well together on the battlefield, with their different fighting styles coming together to form a great duo, both up close and afar.
His official role is West's "Spotter", but in reality he is just an extra gun assigned to West for the intention of aiding in the extremely sticky situations snipers get into.

We don't have to get rid of their spots. In the RP, we can just say that those agents got moved down to a different squadron. Also, I'm gonna work on the CS for my second character.
