So I have actually had this OP character planned out for part of a plot involving Rythian. I could maybe just make him a Noble.

Technically no. He was deemed King in the original Noble system, but he sided with the rebels and overthrew the System.
King Noble... Owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome.
