Windows Defender. Do a scan. Then open up "Uninstall a Program" and delete all your fishy programs. Then do another scan.

I technically have a bitdefender code good for like 300 uses that Pinkie gave me, but I'm not sure if they want me to pass it on.
Oh yeah, and I just remembered something. My laptop? Yeah, it's been infected with adware. Don't know what else, but I thankfully have no vital information in it.
