Anxius quickly leaped out of the way of Hikaru's attack. He bared his teeth and moved to retaliate. He darted close to Hikaru and snapped his jaws at him then immediately backed off. He kept repeating this tactic, hoping to push Hikaru back or provoke him into a careless attack. Anxius did not quite dare directly attack him yet; He was still not sure of what this wolf was capable of yet.

"Likewise!" Anxius exclaimed as he positioned himself. He stood there in a half-crouched hunting position. He had been taught this position many years ago. It was versatile, allowing him to easily go on the offensive or defensive. For now, however, he'd have to go on the defensive. He did not know how wolves fought, and it would be a good idea to wait and see.

"Go ahead and make the first move when you're ready," Anxius said. He immediately tensed, preparing for the expected attack. "And remember, no powers."

Anxius stood up and stretched, "Well then, what do you say to a little duel then? First one to land a killing blow wins, but let's stop before any serious injury, shall we?" Anxius let out a chuckle. He turned to face the rabbit and smiled, "And you and I can have a duel afterwards as well."

Anxius let out another yawn and sat down. "So, who wants to do some training to wake up?" He suggested with a grin. "No powers, just skill..."
He pointedly glanced at Hikaru. He was larger than Anxius, but that wasn't a worry. There was a lot of competition with larger animals in Anxius' homeland; He was sufficiently trained to fight larger enemies. He had not, however, ever fought a wolf before. He was eager to learn this one's style of combat.

Anxius' eyes flickered open. He lifted his head off the ground and yawned widely. He groaned and climbed to his feet. He turned around and looked at the state of the group. Most of them were still asleep. "Morning," He said to Hikaru and the fox. He glanced at the fox in concern. He knew she must have been very tired, and she certainly looked it. He should have stayed awake longer and helped her with the rest of the night watch. "How are you feeling?" He asked her.

Here's the thing, though. The glow signifies the usage of the power. Why not have the reflection appear seconds his eyes glow? Just an idea.

So his eyes would have the reflection with the glow on top of it?

Sure, sure. :D But, hey, here's an idea.. Anxius can reflect things with his eyes, now- before you change it- right?Why not allow him to take light and make clones of himself, instead? You can go with the sight-thing if you want to, but it's just an idea. Remember, you can only have one Hissatsu.

I'll stick with the sight power. I was just thinking that the reflections in his eyes would replace the glow.

Anxius sat down and watched the sunset. The fox was still lurking on his mind. He regretted not continuing the hunt. He was so close to grabbing the fox that time; He knew he could do it. With a sigh he lay down and curled up on the spot. "If you don't mind, I'd like to help with the night watch," He said to the vixen, "I'm equally as good at hunting during the night as I am during the day."
