Oops what did I not do, :( I had to run through all the post. I mustta miss your profile I am guessing. Darn which is your Character?

Nawh nawh, you had him. Kinda. It was Gaku, you can check the Character Profile section for more. But uh, I was asking at the end of page 3 how you wanted the character interaction to be.I'm assuming they haven't formally met and don't know each other that well.
Aaaaaand finished.

Character sheet updated, made the introduction post, and posted the character sheet in the character sheet thread. Now to get back to everybody.

@Chezka - Yeah, that sounds good. I went with your suggestion, even threw in the affection little jests at each other you mentioned, just so we could have some cheeky moments.
@Liriia - Pretty much same as above. Sounds good, and is pretty close to what I put on my sheet as well. I totes approve.

In-Game Spring appearance
Name: Gaku Yamamoto
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Birthday: Spring 7th
Role: Inn Worker

Likes
-Spicy food and sweet food. Doesn't really tell people about the latter.
-Music, top two are Rock and Classic.
-Animals, have a special place in his heart. But he doesn't show much affection when around others
-To follow up on this, Gaku likes cute things. Nobody knows this though, and he isn't so keen on letting others know.

Dislikes
-Veggies unless mixed with other food. Straight out vegetables he finds tasteless and boring.
-Working, would rather do nothing all day. Or play the guitar.
-Country music
-Thinking too hard about things he find stupid. Like puzzles and stuff.

Personality
At first glance, people tend to say Gaku has a meek appearance and the personality of a potato. Gaku can be a bit blunt. And by a bit blunt, I mean Gaku can be brutally honest. He tends to say what's on his mind, even if it can be a bit offensive or hurtful. Although usually he doesn't mean it to be that way, which causes him to be a bit confused when someone is hurt by his statement. To him, he's just telling the truth. It doesn't help that Gaku hates working and can be very lazy at times, which causes him to do his jobs halfheartedly and mess things up in the end. This has Gaku rub off on people the wrong way, and some may even see him as a deviant. If something is missing? Blame Gaku. If something is broken or unfinished? It's probably Gaku's fault.

But when he's not hitting the nail on the head, he is usually jamming out with the guitar. Gaku loves music, and wants to play for others, but sometimes has his doubts. It's not just music either, a lot of the time he has doubts about himself and on some days be a bit moody. Other then that though, Gaku likes animals and cute things, which tend to go hand in hand. However, he doesn't express this side of him much, and only shows affection for animals when alone.

If there is one redeeming trait about Gaku however, it's that he doesn't judge people. He knows how it feels, so he comes off as very accepting to others for who they are, or whatever problems people carry. Although this doesn't mean he won't tell you the brutal and honest truth if need be. The only problem is, people can't get past his tough/punk guy persona to notice it.

Background
Back when Gaku was young, he lived in a huge city with buses going back and forth, and the smoke rising up through the skies. Your typical, average pollution working city. His home life was fine, but at school he usually was tormented for liking cute or 'girly' things. Because of this, Gaku developed a punk-ish persona, and got in a lot of fights with people. This caused a lot of trouble for him in his school years, and you wouldn't be caught dead in detention without Gaku in the room with you. It didn't help Gaku was extremely blunt to others, which was usually the main ignition trigger to cause him to fight with others. His parents were extremely strict and old school with Gaku, which had him rebel a bit in his teenage years, too the point where Gaku begun to fail his schooling.

After Gaku graduated High School, he decided to move out from the city because of the bad reputation he carried, as well as the feeling of disappointing his parents. He just couldn't carry the burden anymore, and decided to go somewhere new and refreshing. He ended in Lily of the Valley, yet wasn't used to the town life it brought and because of that always came off a bit cold with others villagers. He moved into the local Inn, where he now works for the Inn Keeper as payment for staying there. His tasks involves cleaning the front while doing odd jobs here and there, even being sent to help out other stores at times. On his off days, he spends a lot of his time out and about, either playing music or taking a stroll past farms. One day, Gaku hopes he can become a musician and spread his love for music with others all across the world, but tends to doubt his own abilities.

Skills
-Even though he doubts himself, he is actually pretty fantastic with the guitar. Sometimes he just lacks inspiration.
-He's become a master at avoiding daunting tasks, and is pretty great at putting them off until the last minute. This however tends to cause his work to be a bit terrible.
-Due to all his years fighting in school, he can actually hold himself pretty well when fighting with someone else, even with his meek appearance.

Relationships
- Alex Garnet: They've worked at the local bar together before when the Inn Keeper sent him on one of his odd jobs. They've talked about work once or twice while Gaku was helping the bar, but outside of that they don't talk much. Gaku finds her a bit awkward when they're working together but doesn't really give it much thought.

- Brent Roless: A interesting man who seems to live around Flora Falls and the mountains. Because Gaku visits this area in most of his off time, they've had more then a few encounters. They don't say much too each other, but acknowledge one anothers existence. Brent has commented on Gaku's music once or twice before and they've even had a discussion on music, but doesn't seem to be that big of a fan of Rock and comes off as bit of a hipster to Gaku. So on the occasions he'll spice it up a bit and play something different when Brent is around doing his thing, so Gaku doesn't disturb.. Whatever work the guy is trying to do.

- Elizabeth 'Eli' Stern: Since he lives at the Inn with her, Gaku sees Eli around a lot. They don't say much to each other except for the casual hi's and goodbye's, but sometimes when he sees Eli around he thinks she looks a bit troubled. Be it because she can't get a job or other matters, it strikes him a bit curious. He's willing to lend a ear for her problems, but decides it isn't for the best and chooses to avoid it.

- Everett Micheals: When you put a blunt man with a man of science in the same room, nothing exciting can come out of it. That's pretty much the case here, as listening to these two talk with each other is worse then watching paint dry. Other then that, Gaku think's he's not that bad of a guy, but can be a bit of a nerd sometimes with his 'big academic words' and gets bored because of it. The two don't go out of their way to talk to each other, but will talk every now and then when Gaku's feeling under the weather.

- Henry Manteel: Gaku has seen him around before, and considers him one of the "new kids on the block" like Eli. However since he owns a farm, they don't actually cross paths much so he doesn't know him very well, except that he grows 'the veggies' and tends to his farm. Because all hell would break lose if Gaku had to watch the growth of such evil.

- Isabelle 'Izzie' McKenzie: The only person in the entire town Gaku is actually friendly with, besides Starr and family. Izzie and Gaku have worked quite a few times together, either Gaku helping out at the Cafe or Izzie at the Inn. Like Eli, Izzie also lives in at the Inn, so the two frequently see each other even out side of work. They sometimes throw cute cheeky remarks at one another, and although he doesn't agree much with her prankster nature, he accepts it. It's the least he can do considering she accepts him a lot better than a lot of the townsfolk do. If Gaku isn't spending his time doing something by himself, he'll probably be seen with Izzie, either working or having a casual chat.

- Isis Thorne: Considers her nice enough, she tries to be friendly with others, even Gaku himself. That took him back for a second, but he began to wonder if it was genuine kindness or not. Gaku has tried to get a read on her, but with no such luck, just coming off as unsocial in the process. He was going to mention something, but they've only met once and their time together was short, so he just decided he'll leave it at that for now.

- Rosemary Bates: Gaku has never actually met Rosemary, so he can't really make that great of a judgement on her. However he's heard from Izzie that Ms. Bates here likes music herself, and can play a pretty mean cello, so he thinks she can't be all that bad.

Other
Spends a lot of his time at Flora Falls, Mount Edelweiss, and Glowing Fern Forest. Also has a mean poker face.
Spring 1
Monday
Time: 5:26 AM
Weather: Cloudy
The harsh weather ravaged through small little Lily Town, trees banging on windows as they are blown left and right through the violent storm. It was a bit of an oddity that there was such a harsh storm in the beginning of Spring, more so considering the weather of the previous two days, but Gaku didn't mind as he managed to sleep through most of it. That was until Robert Starr, the head honcho of the Aster Inn and Gaku's boss, came knocking on his door. Well banging his fist would be a better term, which doesn't come as too much of a shock considering the Inn was in a time of crisis.

"Nooo really.. Five. Just five more minutes.." Gaku tried to mutter at the sound coming from the door, drifting back and forth between a state of consciousness.
In a stern and proud voice, Starr tried to inform Gaku on the situation at hand. "We don't have time for five minutes, Gaku. There is a storm outside and we need your help to make sure the place doesn't collapse on itself."

Now rolling out of bed, Gaku looked at the clock. It read around 5:30 AM, almost 4 hours before his shift starts. "Robert are you trying to pull my leg over here? My shift doesn't start until ten, and it's like, a quarter till six here."

Starr, disregarding Gaku's reason, slammed his fist on the door a couple of more times. "I don't care, you're starting early today." then with a lighthearted laugh that sounded like it came from a bear, Starr tried to convince Gaku. "If you help out now, I might even treat you to a special meal tonight! I know you don't get out much, a little social activity would never hurt!"

This was serious. Starr never tries to convince Gaku of doing something, he usually just demands it. After rolling out of bed, literally, he found struggling to untie himself from the sheet covers restricting him as he laid on the ground. But once he got past that, he went out of his room and started stumbling downstairs to see what all the fuss was about. "I hope it's nothing too serious."

This was the case, until half way down Gaku stopped and came to his senses. "Wait, pants. I need pants. Right." He rushed back upstairs and into his room, took off his silky white tee and threw it on the ground, something he will attend to later. Changing into his usual spring attire, he made his way for downstairs again, meeting face to face with Mr. Starr and his wife.

"What's the problem boss?"

"The problem is this storm. It's not a typhoon or anything, but we want to make sure everyone will be alright. Marie and I are going to check outside the Inn and with the townsfolk, and we need you to man the counter."

"That's it? Consider it done." Gaku replied with a sigh of relief. At this time of day, watching over the counter is the easiest job in the entire store. Nobody really comes in or out at this time, so there isn't much work to be done. Gaku would try and apply for the early morning shift normally, if he didn't have to wake up so late.

After the Starr couple left in a hurry, Gaku went behind the check in/out counter, settling into the seat that rested behind it. He began to rest his head against the desk in front of him, letting out a yawn. Starting to slip into sleep again, Gaku tried to stay awake as he watched out the window, the storm beginning to settle down.

"Today's going to be a long day." Gaku muttered to himself.
Interesting character Chezka, we might actually have someone who Gaku is actually kind of friendly with. At the very least they will probably know each other if they both stay at the Inn, per usual. But you tell me before I go and update the character relationships.

In other news, the opening post looks pretty good! I'll try and follow up with some crazy Inn antics.
Alright, updated the profile again, this time with social links go!- Yeah you get the idea.

Didn't add Isis because silly Sezir never told me which way they wanted which way the character relationship was going to roll. Will also add WolfsRose character when they come back from whatever vacation/finals they're on.
Isis and Gaku, it depends if he has worked there when sent out from the Inn for his screw ups. If he has, then I wouldn't be surprised if Isis tried to chat with Gaku while he gave dry responses-Not because he doesn't like her, it would just be because he hates working per usual. So their relationship would probably be something like know each other but don't talk much. If he doesn't work for her, then they probably would nene we talk much and odds are they wouldn't have a relationship. Your call on the matter. Not much of a difference, just kinda ehh with each other vs fresh start/no relationship.

In other news, I'll update the relationship part for Gaku when I get home. I'm assuming once we get Darcs character, Erode's character if they're still interested, and the rest of the NPCs we'll be good to go yeah?
Added a spring version of Gaku. I figure it as his in game appearance, and the art above is like the general/cover appearance. Kind of like in the actual games, where they have the 3D model rendered character, and then the anime style version of the character whenever you talk to them.

Plus I wanted to join in with the whole DreamSelfy fad.
Sounds good about the Everett deal, I can work with that.

A relationship chart would be pretty neat, and would help keep us kinda on-track. The question is, who wants to be the one to do a relationship chart?
Ah right, I almost forgot about that tidbit. Yeah, that includes things such as bars, and any stores or farms others own. But I'll leave whom he works for up to you guys. But since the Bar isn't owned by anyone yet, I'll say its safe to assume he has worked there every so often.

He doesn't go to the bar much though. He would play his music there, but too embarrassed to play there.

Since Eli has lived at the Inn for awhile, I'll say its safe to assume they know who one another are, but don't talk much.
