Character Alignment: Walking the Line
Identity: Relatively unknown outside of his home city. But he’s not subtle nor does he protect his identity whatsoever.
Character Personality (Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations): Essentially Ramseys’ a jerk. Grade A jerk. He’s never once taken anything seriously and often acts on his own desires or impulses. If a child walks down the same side of the street with a ice cream cone as Ramsey, he’s very likely to knock it out of his hand, and laugh as the boy cries. He doesn’t care much about others and generally makes a nuisance of himself everywhere he goes.

He doesn't have a costume, ever. Though he burns through clothes. Origin Info/Details: He was born into a Mafia family overseas in italy. Where he grew up learning what it was to be a hitman for the Torbiaire Family. He spent his youth practicing acrobatics and assassination methods among the best. As he progressed into youth he began acting out and became self centered. He began doing things simply because he could with little regard to how it affected others.
For a time he was left like this, so long as the Family didn’t care. Eventually word made it to the Boss who corrected this problem. By staging Ramsey’s assassination attempt the Boss saved Ramsey’s life from the would be killer he himself arranged. Gaining his undue loyalty.
Years later Ramsey learned just how important he was for the Boss himself to save him, his powers manifested with violent results. During a training exercise he crushed the skull of his sparring partner with a right hook to the left side of his face. And soon a new regimen was developed. Over the coming years he learned to control his new found powers and was told how his father before him served the Boss as he now does.
It took many years, before he grew to fully realize his own abilites as his trainers pushed him beyond his limits forcing him to do inhuman feats. Moving 10, 20, even 50 tons+ Sprinting hundreds of miles nonstop running the length of six marathons. His schooling increased in difficulty surpassing most college courses. Even though he had little interest in such things, and wanted to go back into the ring. But the abrupt death of the Boss led things to escalate quickly. Ramsey’s loyalty waned with no one he longer respected his boredom became defiance and rebellion. He left one day, never to be seen in Italy again as his travels took him to America and the streets of Boston, then Lost Haven.

Powers (Be Specific): To be more specific, he is able to create things like muscle mass , remove his natural limits on his body, enhance his brain power, allowing him to understand complex equations and learn new languages. This power however is not a permanent effect, and wears off naturally after some time, though he retains the knowledge he learns, but lacks the understanding of it. His body is capable of regenerating over time, this takes a severe toll on his body, as these powers consume mass and requires a vast sustenance to replenish them. He’s enhanced his body to break the sound barrier, and once brought himself to the brink of death by trying to break the speed of light. He can also vibrate his body to some extent which in some cases he’s done to pump his blood when his heart was impaled during a fight.
Muscle Strengthening, his arms and body increase in muscle mass allowing him to push, punch or otherwise pulverize anything in his path.
Phantom Boost, by strengthening his leg muscles he’s able to break the sound barrier, thus attaining a form of directed super speed. Or he just runs faster.
Accelerated healing, by rebuilding damaged tissue he is able to mend wounds and heal bones. This does not apply to being dismembered, in that case a Doctor must reattach his limbs before they can regenerate.
So in summary Superhuman Physiology; Inhuman skills of strength, speed, and agility and enhanced Intelligence.

Speed/Reaction Timing Level: Normal Human, 70, plus, as it varies on his power usage.

Agility: 10X, It varies depending on his power.
Intelligence: Average it is usually average, but if he uses his power he can for a time become a Super-Genius. But he much prefers to just punch things than think about them. So he’s never had a reason to boost his intelligence.

Weaknesses: His powers consume a substantial amount of mass, more specifically calories among other nutrients. Leading him to gorge himself of large quantities of food, either before; during, or after a fight. One of his greatest weakness is his lack of utilizing his Super Genius intelligence, he could care less about thinking tactically or solving his problems with his mind so long as he can punch things effectively. Or dying because you know that’s a bummer.
Boosting his speed to anything above the sound barrier has the tendency to inflict massive amounts of damage to his body, breaking it apart as he does.

A old beater of a black 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, the car shot out smoke from the exhaust as it chugged down the road towards Lost Haven. The car had dents and a torn upholstery, the passenger door was knocking against the frame of the car held in place by duct tape. The street was packed with other automobiles of various makers “Great a traffic jam, brilliant! Bloody brilliant.” A man cursed in stuck in traffic as Ramsey tossed his cigarette out of his window into the mans car.
The man now irate opened his door and slammed it closed as the other cars sat idle in the traffic jam and strode over towards Ramsey.”YOU little piece of Shi…” Before he could finish speaking the car door was forced open into the stranger as Ramsey stepped out and stood up back straight with a grin on his face as the stranger looked up clutching his stomach with the sight of pain in his eyes. Ramsey slammed the stranger’s head against the side of the car, a Volvo or something didn't matter. The incident disturbed onlookers as a few dialed something on their phones probably the cops.
“Well looks like the party’s over, bet this place will be crawling with cops soon enough. Better clear the road.”
His hands gripped the small Volvo, and with a heave he tossed it to the side opening the sidewalk so he could drive his car over. He pulled back the gear shift and pressed his foot on the petal as other motorists moved out of the way fearful of ending up in the side of a building. Pedestrians scrambled in fear screaming and running sirens could be heard not more than a street down as Ramsey drove off. Presumably with the police in pursuit.
Once the car hopped over the curb and onto an empty side street he took off engine running hot.” I thought this place was crawling with Supers, well they’re seriously inept that’s for sure. Haha, right first things first find a bar.”
