We're basically just waiting for a couple of European summaries and most of the middle east. Once those are done we'll have a thread.
Assuming everyone is on top of things, we should be able to make some precipice within the next 24 hours or so.
Judging strictly from the last names of of grandparents and great grandparents, I'd have to say that I am mostly from various parts of the British isles, as all the last names are either English or Irish or Welsh.

But the patrilineal lines of both my mother and father have been in the Americas since the 17th century, so I guess that makes me really goddamned 'Murican.
Cultural walls will do that.

And we even set a Russian to play as the United States, making it where nobody knew what they were doing.
Eh, I think i've just settled into the fact that this is fiction a little more comfortably then some. If you showed my stuff to an African historian, they'd probably pull their hair out.

Yeh, if you do Mexico you'll want to do more then just the boring old "We got 1000 tanks ready to expand our super-economy past the border against the enemy" types of things.

I mean, it is Mexico! There is so much more to do there!

According to the Poland entry in the PoW wiki, only Bohemia was annexed, but then it mentions Austria as a power comprising also Hungary and Czechoslovakia, and I can't recall any moment when that was the case, so I don't know if it should be trusted.

That Austria you are talking about came from a player who joined and made maybe three posts as a separate Austria. I think this was back when Hugs was still France and Feo was Switzo-Germany. So yeh, that was all canned and doesn't count anymore.
Near the end of the MCF RP, a player joined as a separate Palestinian rebel movement and managed success before Syria presumably did. That would mean that the super-syria movement would have had to invaded a newly made sovereign nation.
The Kola peninsula and Karelia are part of the St Petersburg communes.

The thing I am unsure about is super-syria. What is that about?
