"It could be called that." The voice replied in the most cryptic way possible, leaving Lebriance in a world of guesses. What was this Overmind thinking? Was he a comrade or a common enemy? Her logic dictates the first, otherwise they would probably be dead right now, wouldn't it? Her arms wrapped around under her chest again, looking to the white sky. "Survive. Then we will talk more." That tone had annoyed Lebriance. It gave her some sort of idea that this Overmind is actually sentient and living, not just a program. What happened next was even more bizarre. The rectangular room was quickly filled with what looked like powerful scanners altering the room incredibly, putting them in a different atmosphere as canopies, wild plants and avians began to sway and screech.
Her sixth sense did not detect a confining wall-- what is this illusion? It was like they literally were in another world. It simulates everything within the jungle-- The mixture of fragrant flower scents and not so fragrant sludge of the moss quickly reached her nostrils, evacuating her urges to breathe in an instant. "Oh god. It smells here." She tried to swat the stink away to no avail, until she eventually just moved out of the sludge's way onto drier ground. The others looked around not surprised by the sudden change of environments that occurred seemingly caused by an unknown entity that one can't just simply trust. Do these people have a concept of a mind? Perhaps this mystical Psionic abilities that she has makes her far more intelligent.
After several more seconds of gaining some sort of bearing of her location, the birds began to screech away in fear as a deep sounding thump could be heard approaching. Trees were also heard crashing down to the forest's floor. From that, it takes an idiot for somebody to not realise its a large... Thing that would be coming from that direction. This thing apparently was so big, that the avians felt the need to evacuate its entire species to migrate. All other non-predatory creatures such as the deer and the snakes were making a run for it. Did this mean that the giant thing headed their way could be the king of predators? Her A.N.G.E.L. Battlesuit was already online. Lebriance let both of her palms in front of her chest, holding them in a manner of which invisible spheres would be afloat on it. The Psionic energy began to leak in forms of purple lightning infused within her forearm.

I am just a typical Aussie Young Adult juggling social life and work at the same time.
I have not roleplayed in years. I thought maybe I'll re-login once in a while and see how the Guild is going.
I have lost touch with the friends that I've made while I was a resident here. Those of you who were my friends, know that I enjoyed my time roleplaying with you and I hope that it is mutual.
I hope to see you in another life.

SHe felt the brimming power in her fingertips. It felt like... She had the strength and willpower to do anything she wished. She looked upon her suit-covered palm and to the rest of the people in the room-- Where slowly her reality was twisted to another dimension where she saw images of someone... Perhaps even her? The blood-red threads that roam emptiness, with her own palms shot an energy blast. The after image was preceded over by the picture of flames burning around her, following her every command as it swiftly tore cities with its relentless wrath. The next was a brief eye contact between her and another figure... Unknown to her current memory. As soon as their eyes disconnected, they moved so fluently like tango dancers-- decorated with flowers, or rather blood.
The apparitions cleared and she was brought back to the present. Her eyes darted at every single person in the room seemingly breathless and silent. She couldn't comprehend what just occurred. Everybody was mostly talking to their own. The god-like voice still haunts the four corners of the room. Voice seemingly coming from the very room itself echoed; "Please exit the room and follow the red and yellow lights on the floor." She glanced upon the foundation she stood on, following a set of parallel lights that carpetted themselves to a door. Lebriance made eye contact with everyone, fearing for enemies yet looking for friends. "You will be guided in to a combat training zone in order to prepare you for what lies ahead." They must be the reason for this combat training.
Her feet spurred towards the light-guided door, and opened it-- entering a blinding bright room filled with nothing. The room was white as canvas. It's colour, so seemingly bright she couldn't see the corners of the...
That's when she was wrong. She could sense it. It may be bright-- but this room is actually confined. The corners were distant and the light helped it cloak its boundaries. She continued on, the heels of her suit clapping as she approached the middle of the dubious wasteland. "Combat training?" Her words uttered. She believed it was folly.
