I've recently been assigned to a long-term project team at work and will have my free time drastically reduced. For this reason, I won't be online here as often.

Bio

Hello! My username is Vocalia!

A brief background:

> Female from Indonesia, Indonesian as mother tongue, English as fluent second language
> GMT +7 timezone, normally works on weekdays from 6 AM to approx 6 PM local time

Well, with that out of the way, my RP preferences:

> Mostly casual. Can write up to 3 paragraphs with sufficient info for detail expansion
> Advanced intimidates me, but I'm willing to give it a shot when it comes to 1x1
> Has no pairing and gender preferences, though I skew towards MxF or MxM. 18+ is okay with me
> Not terribly fond of post-apocalyptic, cyberpunk, fandom RPs and sci-fi
> Thanks to the Private Convo system, I can now do PM RPs without losing track (Yay!).

That's pretty much it. Feel free to PM me or say hi! I won't bite, I promise! :)

How did you know? :o
I just made a post that can be verified in real life! Most double degrees in Arts and Business take 4 years when taken full-time and most students leave HS at 17 years of age. :D
"Oh, I'm actually studying for my double bachelor degree in Arts and Business in university," Eryn replied, sounding less timid and more at ease now that she had spent a bit of time with Sean. "It's really nothing impressive and the two degrees take quite a bit of my time, leaving me with little time to spend to attend to my hobbies, but I do enjoy the experience."
Eryn was slightly reluctant to accept the bag of tiroru at first, but then she realized that she could be seen as rude if she didn't let Sean return her favor, so she accepted it and nodded graciously. "Thank you very much, Sean. You don't have to, but I really appreciate it," she replied, then timidly took a bite out of the soba, humming softly as the savory flavor flooded her taste buds. "Oh my! The soba is quite firm, yet flavorful, and the broth is just delectable!"
Don't. Trust me, don't start it. D:
"W-Well, umm... I-I guess I was just flustered after all that happened, but I appreciate your thoughts nonetheless," Eryn replied, slowly finding his presence to be rather comforting. "It's been a while since I could come to an anime convention like this. I've been so busy over the past two years with my studies that I don't have a lot of time to go out very often. In a way, I suppose I have forgotten what it feels like to be amongst so many people who share the same passion, hobby, or interest as I do, even though we don't know one another," she said as she bit into her takoyaki, then offered the small bowl of savory dish to him with a smile. "Here, please have some. It's the least I could offer."
How far with the CC? XD

Tekken. XD
RPing, trying to prepare for my exams. You? XD

Sean's act reminded me of a doujin I have. At one point in it, the main protagonist, who is quite rich, I might add, was having his lunch at his school when confronted by the school thugs who wanted to pay him back for beating them up after he found them bullying another student. The thug leader was basically saying how he would pay them back thrice for the beating he gave them. The protagonist's response:

"My allowance is good enough. I don't need your payback."

And then he commented how he would be essentially giving them a loan if he gave them thrice of his debt to them, the thug leader seething and muttering, "Why, you goddamn bourgeois!"
Eryn was baffled, to say the least, by how easily Sean could simply let go a lot of money to pay for a paltry amount of food, at least in his opinion. Many cynical people would had dismissed him as a well-off bourgeois, but Eryn couldn't help but be interested in him and not only because of his money or the circumstances of their first meeting with one another. As he asked if she would be willing to eat together with him, Eryn was quite surprised to hear his voice, almost as if he truly wanted to spend time with her even though they had just met less than an hour ago. "G-Gladly! I think i-it would be more enjoyable to eat together with a friendly face," she replied, although she was surprised that she could still speak coherently.
Yup, yup. For now, let those two be happy. :D
