Hmm. I just got hit with some work. I think I may start this two days from now if I have four or more sheets ready by then. I think I might let Ruav go in the first wave after all, then; and maybe that turian infiltrator too if he's ready by then. There's no shortage of work to be done...

SonofJET, Engineer is already your Keyword so there's no need to duplicate it as an Ability. Something along the lines of Technical Affinity could work. I find it amusing that he has practically no direct combat or social skills, but it seems more or less fitting (and when it comes to combat, sabotage should be more than enough against... most enemies). Aggressive and Irritable seem like two sides of the same coin; I don't mind you keeping both, but you might want to consider replacing the latter with a social flaw along the lines of Traitor or Exile that would hamper him in his dealings with quarians or others who know about the circumstances of his exile (quarians aren't the only ones to be bothered by reckless AI experimentation...).

Aside from that, my main quibble would be about his Pirate thing. I like it in concept but I'd like to know how you want to work it in practice. Does he have a lot of automated ships out there just waiting for his signal, or would he start with little and wait for his fleet to build up? I suppose you have some limiting factors there: his signal would need to get through and then the ship would need to get there in time, which would - at least at first - make it rather hard for him to use this to break the game. Actually I can see how this ability can come in handy as a fallback plan if something goes horribly wrong. :P

Hopefully he'd be able to work with a team of fellow organics despite his personality. But I guess that goes for everyone here.

...we already have a turian assassin, but granted, that one is a biotic. You might notice her on the first page. I guess you can still make your character if he's sufficiently different but you'll probably have to wait a bit - might send you in in the second wave together with the quarian guy from the other thread.
Also, I still need Ekirei to rate his flaws in order of importance.
