Aya looked at him as he accepted her little contest and instantly start attacking Hollows, even without a Shikai. "Thats the spirit! But dont think you will catch up that easily I have many skills that hit multiple targets, due to how large they are." Aya then shunpoed into the air and momentarily deactivated the electricity on her Shikai and started to splatter multiple hollows with gray liquid which then sucked right into them. Her electricity then came back and she shnoped down towards one of the hollows that was hit by the gray liquid, and she simply touched it with her shikai. As soon as she did that Metal like spears punctered out everywhere in its body and head, she then went and poked all the Hollows that got hit by the liquid and the same thing happened to them. She looked over at the red haired boy and grinned. "So you want a handicap?"

Hasayo looked at the girl and then to his sword. "You're lucky I like you." He told it before sweeping to the side to parry a hollows strike with a hard swing that stunned the hollow. Hasayo then took his sword in both hands ducked cutting into the hollows abdomen. "Hado #32..." The a yellow energy charged at the middle of the blade and widened across the length of it. "Okasen." Hasayo cut through the hollow, completing his swing and firing the kido in wide arc taking out several more. "Don't think that I can't keep up. Even without shikai, my sword won't let me down~"

Yoshimitsu quickly jarred his head backwards, but couldn't get enough distance to avoid the strike. His opponent's knee connected with the edge of his previously wounded chin, sending him flying into the air a few feet, crashing down in front of the attacker. His mind tried to put words together, but he shock of the impact was too great and he lay dazed for a moment before coming to. A moment later, however, he jumped to his feet. "Nice Shot! You got me right in a vulnerable spot, good aim!" he called to his opponent, wiping blood from the bottom of his face. "Alright, I really needed that to get my blood rushing!" he said, quickly changing back to a fighting stance. "C'mon, let's go!" the shinigami said, gently bouncing on the balls of his feet, passing his sword between hands quickly. His energy was completely different from the start of the duel; he seemed more alive. "Come at me again, let's do this!" he said, resting his sword in his right hand, and beckoning his opponent forward with his left.

Taiki looked at Yoshimitsu and clenched his fist. "Kuh...what kind of game are you playing?" Taiki's first instinct told him that this erratic behavior was just a way to rile him up and provoke him into an uncoordinated attack. He wasn't so sure about the theory though. Taiki took a calming breath. "We're done." He looked back at the captain. "I'm sure you've seen enough. There's no reason to continue if he won't take this spar seriously."

As Aya finished making a open circle she grinned and pulled her sword out of the hollws head letting it fall to the ground, when suddenly this guy came out of nowhere and started to kill some of the Hollows himself, he then asked if he could borrow some, which made her giggle as he already was. "By all means, they aren't even that fun, I was hoping to attract that huge Spiritual Pressure, by killing as many as I could, as fast as I could." Aya said swinging her sword back cutting halfway through a Hollows head while looking at the guy. "I know how about a contest, whoever kills the most before they grow a brain and run, wins!" Aya said, pulling her sword out of the Hollows head and as soon as she did her blade started to electrify then then turn and swung sending a large metal gray arc through several Hollows cutting right through their heads. "Im up to like twenty six."

"A contest?" Hasayo thought about the proposition as he finished cutting down a hollow. "Heh, why not?" He said watching the arc slice through the enemies. "Looks like I'm at a disadvantage without shikai..." Hasayo smirked and held his sword in front of him while he positioned his free hand behind him facing his palm out. "Hado #33, Sokatsui!" A blue blast of energy erupted from his palm as he let it push him forward like a booster. The kido itself took out a couple of hollows while Hasayo swung his sword in one long slash through several more. "Though, looks like I'll catch up shortly~"

Yoshimitsu's arm shot like a rocket to catch the wrist of the attacking Taiki. A sudden burst of adrenaline and spiritual pressure rose up in the youthful shinigami's body. Turning to face his assailant, he held their wrist in an iron grip that seemed inappropriate for someone of his size and stature. "I would have preferred if the Captain were to make the final call here," he said in a frightening monotone, "but I guess you're not intent on waiting." He drew his sword forth, slicing at his opponent's chest.

Taiki was surprised. Yoshimitsu hadn't shown any hint of this kind of skill yet. He was more and more confused by this guy with every move. Was he fool or is that just an act? Either way it was annoying. Taiki swung up with his other hand blocking Yoshimitsu's sword and locking the two of them in a stand off. "Trying to change his mind would take longer than just getting this over with. If you concentrated you'd sense that the enemies are focusing on the seireitei and haven't targeted any innocents. And don't underestimate our other comrades. Most of them can handle this level of hollow. If things were really bad I'm sure the captain would do what he had to..." At least I think. Taiki heard the captain give his thoughts on the situation. "There. Now that you've got his "final word" will you get a hold of yourself?" Taiki's blocking ARM was starting to struggle due to his earlier encounter with the captain so he decided to try and separate from Yoshimitsu. He pushed off the ground and raised a swift knee in between them aiming at Yoshimitsu's chin.

"With all due respect, Captain, if there's an emergency it's more important that we protect the Soul Society than to have a sparring match!" Yoshimitsu rebutted. "Taiki, you would have been sure to kick my ass if we kept going, there's no question. I talk a big game but the skill and power differential is obviously stacked in your favor," the shinigami admitted. "And right now, I'd rather die saving lives than end up in the hospital and not be able to protect those who need helping!" he shouted. "...If it would be alright with you, that is, Captain."

Taiki Shihoin
Taiki didn't expect to hear the captains decision but after being around him for a for this short time he already concluded that it wasn't and out-of-character thing for him. He'd rather sit here and watch us...well, I can hardly call it a fight. He's right that there's plenty of other captains and shinigami to handle it but...I don't think I'll ever understand him. Taiki decided to keep going. If he wanted to see what Taiki could do he was going to show him. Taiki took his stance turning towards Yoshimitsu. He clenched and unclenched his hand, feeling the electrical current no longer affecting him. "Stay focused Yoshimitsu. The faster we demonstrate our abilities the faster we can hit the frontlines." Taiki dashed around towards Yoshimitsu's right side, closing the distance very quickly. Getting within range Taiki motioned as if he was going to throw a punch and suddenly shunpoed at the last second. He reappeared behind Yoshimitsu's left shoulder among a chop at the back of his neck. If it made contact he'd be paralysed by the strike to the nerve.

Hasayo Shiroga
Hasayo's sword clashed with black steel. "Kuh..." He leaped back, shunpoing as soon as his feet touched the ground and appearing in the air above his sparring partner. He spun his body into a downward slash. The man blocked it easily and pushed Hasayo back. Hasayo landed on his feet and wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Whew...thanks for the workout." The man nodded with a smile. "My pleasure. You've improved. Keep up the hard work and you'll find the answers your looking for." Hasayo was about to thank him again when the alarm sounded. "Go and test the fruits of your labor on some real enemies. Just don't get yourself killed, got it?" Hasayo nodded with smile. "Don't worry..." He sheathed his zanpaktou at his side. "I get stronger with each swing~"He headed out of the Squad 13 barracks and towards the sources of reiatsu.

Hasayo hopped a wall and made a beeline for a group of hollows. He could see them now so he placed his hand on the hilt of his sword and sped up, dashing straight toward them. He stopped when he saw a whole open in the middle of the horde and a girl using an impaled hollow to knock around his buddies. "Okay...she's having way too much fun." He smirked. "She's gonna have to share~" Hasayo shunpoed and appeared above the horde with his sword unsheathed and dropped down driving the blade through a hollows head. The hollow disintegrated as it fell back and Hasayo withdrew from its head swinging his sword back in time to knock away another's claws from behind with a stunning strike. Hasayo spun around and cut Tue hollow in two. He swung his sword down to his side with s calming breath. "Mind if I borrow some of these guys~?" He asked with a chuckle.

Daishin Yu Xang
Daishin watched as his crimson haired squad member ran off. "Hmhm~ That boy's trust on his sword is going to take him far. Now..." Daishin walked out of the training room, the 13 on the back of his custom haori visible for a second before the man shunpoed. Just outside the barracks a squad member tripped as everyone was trying to mobilize. A hollow appeared over him and lunged in to devour the poor shinigami. He closed his and waited for the horrible death only to open his eyes to the sight of the Squad 13 captain and his tonfa keeping the wedged in the hollow mouth. "Sorry, but my subordinates aren't on the menu." The hollowed howled awkwardly. "I'll take that as your new order. Enjoy your meal." A stream of blue lightning shot up through the hollows head. The monster faded and Daishin looked at his tonfa with a frown. "And I just waxed these." He shook the tonfa trying to get the remnant saliva off. "Th-thanks Captain..." Daishin smiled fondly at the squad member.

Yoshimitsu launched himself backwards away from his opponent, his sword following shortly behind him. Even so, Taiki's open palm still managed to graze him, sending him off balance and careening into another wall. whispered a dull, unenthused voice into Yoshimitsu's ear. "Hey time out, did you just hear that!?" the young Shinigami said, righting himself and brushing dirt off his uniform. "Sword, was that you?" he queried to no avail. His blade remained silent. His mind became clouded like a storm front had just rolled in. "Never mind the time out, I guess I need to keep going," Yoshimitsu sighed, taking his defensive stance once more.

Taiki was impressed that Yoshimitsu was able to avoid the full force of his attack...though that didn't last long as his opponent stumbled into a wall. Taiki sighed. On the bright side this is a confidence booster... Yoshimitsu asked him if he heard something. "I thought you said you were gonna knock it off with the clown a-" Taiki stopped mid sentence sensing a multitude of reiatsus in the distance. Just as soon the alarm sounded. Taiki looked to Kurisa. "Captain?!"
