Sasha listened to the Captains words with great interest especially as he mentioned one of his favorite human world foods and just the sound of it was enough to make her mouth water, she was dying to try these waffle thingies with this tree syrup stuff or whatever it was but it sounded amazing! "That sounds incredible! I must try that!!" when the Captain placed a hand on her shoulder she looked at the Captains hand then at the Captain as she listened to his question she then nodded and smiled "I like the sounds of this Squad and it seems perfect so you can bet I want to join! If you need someone following their gut then I'm the girl for the job!" Sasha raised her right hand then stuck her thumb out pointing it at herself whilst giving a toothy grin "So when do I start?"((that actually made me chuckle xD))

"I'm happy to have you with us then. If you'd like you can start now. This might sound like an errand but it'll bite a good mission to get your feet wet in the World of the Living. Come with me." Daishin turned and started for his office. "I have a friend in the human world who supplies me with an assortment of herbs. I'd like you to go get them for me. It's for a medicine that I must take. It's nothing serious." They entered his office which for such collected man was fairly messy with Fang napping in the corner. "He lives near the top of a mountain. I'll send you with a hell butterfly to show you the way. This will also serve as a test so I can evaluate your abilities. The mountain is closely connected with the spirit world and cleaned the wills of travelers. The that reside their are also spiritually aware and can see us." Daishin rummaged through his desk and took out a badge with an emblem on it and handed it to Sasha. "Show this to the old fool and he'll give you the herbs. Now, don't worry you're not on a time schedule. I don't need the medicine desperately but it's nice to have the ingredients in stock. Feel free to visit the town at the bottom of the mountain after you're done. I'd go myself but after the attack my paperwork load has just about tripled. Another discipline I must train..." He sighed. "The hell butterfly will record the mission. I look forward to seeing how fair with the mountain's challenges~"

Sasha nodded then spoke "They sure are! We can learn a lot from Animals, I know I have" Sasha then listened to what else the Captain said then chuckled a little at him saying only when he was feeling famished then she nodded at the mention of the attack "I can understand how they may feel and your Squad gets to go to the human world? I hear they have great food there!..." Sasha seemingly went into a day dream as the many foods mentioned from the human world passed through her mind making her drool a little then she snapped out of it and wiped her mouth and shook her head "Sorry...I like food a lot so it's hard for me to contain my excitement when it's mentioned but don't feel bad Captain! I think this food idea is a brilliant! it defiantly gets me interested! It'd be amazing to eat this everyday after a good work out!"

Daishin chuckled. "A fascination with food is wonderful. It is what sustains life while also strengthening it. Plus food has the potential to be exceptionally tasty~ The human world has a breakfast delicacy called waffles. With the syrup obtained from trees, it's by far my favorite of their cuisine." Daishin noted Sasha's enthusiasm and smiled. He stood up and placed a fatherly hand on her shoulder. "Sasha, would like to join my squad? We can always use adventurous shinigami like you who follow their gut. No pun intended~"

Sasha continued to take a few deep breath's the listened to the Captain then he mentioned how he hadn't got her name "O-Oh right sorry! My name is Sasha...I don't have a second name as I didn't have a family...I was an orphan so they didn't give me one but really that's like animals in a way cause they don't have second names and I did spend a lot of my time with animals which is how I managed to get so good at hunting and get such a keen smell" Sasha said with a grin on her face then a question popped into her mind "Soo...do you often do this?...set out loads of food like this?...." Sasha blinked a few times then looked at the food laid out on the table

Daishin continued to eat his apple as Sasha spoke. "I see. Animals are wondrous creatures aren't they? It's a shame that we attempt to take them. Then again...there are some who must be." Daishin twirled the core by it's stem and began to answer Sasha's question with a soft chuckle. "Only when I'm feeling particularly famished...or when moral needs to be restored. I'm sure you've know about the recent attack. Squad 13 is charged with monitoring and protecting the World of the Living so we didn't lose many allies compared to the other squads since most of our members were on missions. Still, when they returned many of them regretted that they weren't here to help." Daishin sat back and folded his arms taking a soft breath. "I'm fairly knew to being a captain so I'm afraid this is the best thing I can think of for now."

When the lion crunched through the food Sasha jumped back a little then she heard a voice from above then saw a man land infront of her, she blinked a few times then her eyes widened when she heard him say he was the Captain of Squad 13 which made her immediately bow "Ah! I'm sorry Captain I didn't mean to eat your food or tangle up your cat or anything it's just I was really hungry you see and I smelt food coming from here so I decided to come in here and see what the smell was all about and then I saw this and got even more hungry then began eating uncontrollably and couldn't stop cause the food tasted so good!" Sasha had said this all very quickly and didn't even take a breath at anytime until afterwards when she straightened up and took in a large amount of air before exhaling "I'm in trouble aren't I?..."

"Calm down, calm down." Daishin touched the yellow rope wrapping Fang causing it to instantly dissipate. With a nod from Daishin the lion slinked off. "There's no law forbidding a healthy appetite. I laid out this food for my squad when they return from their morning run. I myself am somewhat of a heavy eater so I made plenty extra." Daishin walked over and picked up an apple from the table and sat down taking a bite. "You are welcome to stay and eat...I'm sorry but I didn't get your name~"

As Sasha ate her meal she smelt something off then she heard a roar, Sasha quickly grabbed the largest piece of food there, turned and rammed it into the lions mouth to jam it's mouth so it couldn't bite her then she held out her right hand and extended her index and middle finger towards the lion and fired off a yellow rope that would hopefully wrap around the lion and stop it from moving "BAD KITTY! if you want some food you ask nicely!"

In the midst of his roar the young lion tasted the food that was shoved in his mouth. He bit clear through the piece of food and lined at the girl only to be entangled in a yellow rope. "BAD KITTY! If you want some food you ask nicely!" He the girl a quizzical look for a second, then a vein popped in his forehead and he glared at her. The large cat started struggling forward snapping his jaws like snapping turtle, getting closer and closer. "Hahaha~ I think Fang was trying to tell you the same thing." At the sound of the voice the young lion backed off and sat stoically as the leaped down from the barrack roof. He looked at the girl with a smile. "I apologize for Fang's behavior. Lions can be a handful at this age." He said petting the cats head. "I am the Captain of Squad 13, Daishin Yu Xang. How may I help you miss?"

Sasha continued to make her way around the Seireitei still feeling hungry but as her stomach rumbled she caught the smell of some food, she wasn't sure what the food was but it smelt good and it was coming from a Squad barracks "I could pretend to be one of them and get free food...Sasha you are a genius!" A grin formed on Sasha's face as she ran into the barracks but it seemed to be rather empty but this could be good...no one around? all this food to herself? it looked perfect! Sasha began creeping towards the food that had been laid out on a long table and began to sneakily eat the food but as she took her first bite she began to drool at how tasty the food was! which threw her whole sneaky eating tactic out the window as she began scoffing her face with whatever she could get her hands on (she's in the Squad 13 barracks ^.^)

As the girl ate, oblivious to her surroundings, a pair of amber eyes locked into her from the shadows of a empty room. The territorial beast stepped out from its stalking place reducing that the intruder was to enraptured in her meal to notice it. Step by step the young teenage lion crept towards the unsuspecting girl. Stopping only a foot or two behind her the large cat let out a low growl followed by a ferocious roar.

You did apprve but said i couldn't use release for now but yeah he can meet her.
