The only Hollow that have a human form (That I know of) Are Espada's. Arrancars don't take on human form. However, when Orihime's brother turned into a Hollow, he was snake-like but nothing human about it so yeeeeeeeeeah oxo
Regular hollows can still have humanoid shape. I think thats what he's going for
