Schradinger, i did. But that excrept was from one of my posts before Max's teleportation.
I am dissapointed. Turning a glorious penis bandwagon into THIS. Fuck it, im outta here.
That doesn't neccesarily mean that the strike is of similar power. In fact, there was absolutely no indication that the swings' speeds matched, only their direction.

With the rest, i agree, although it weren't exactly clear to me before that the net activated as Max dodged, not after.
Aright, i edit. But Rauchnaut is fast enough to jump and attack twice in the lapse of one second. :/

He jumps as the two daggers are thrown, and he would already be at least halfway to Max when the only land. That gives him a second for both actions, and while i didn't make it clear, but the first attack was intended to have a follow up, so Rauchnaut was ready to end it halfway and immediately tranfser into another despite the generated momentum.

And in regards to post cutting: it's normal. I shouldn't be waiting 'till you characters very last action in his post to attack, should i? No need to "dodge, dodge, attack" when you can counter you opponent's very first action.
And thereby, i officialy declare this thread

penis bandwagon
The poor fellow really did fall for the same trick twice. Dodging, the lizard leapt to Rauchnaut's right (the left side obviously out of question, as that was where the latter portion of the sword's trajectory lied), as if he had completely forgot about the vicous false edge strike narrowly evaded less than even half a second ago.

The demon's strike was even faster than before this time, catching Max mid-air: cross-stepping, he brought the right foot over the leading left and towards Max, this movement both bringing him closer and twisting his hips clockwise; in cojunction with his footwork went a clockwose torso twist, empowering his swing further. At first, Rauchnaut's arms were extended and lowered, but as the follow up attack were executed, he brought his elbows to his sides and bent his arms, the crossguard ending up just above the right shoulder. Together, these movements conveyed the sword a hooking motion, cleaving at Max's spine from behind.

The sword had barely landed when Rauchnaut was ready with his first attack, and with a second to spare, this lightning fast attack, that could be performed in a blink of the eye even by a human warrior, would be over by the time the net activated.

Ensnared by roots and slowed by the net, Rauchnaut still held his ground, feet parted wide and whole body tensed, the great power of his artficial muscle shrugging off the attempts to topple and pull him to the ground. While the demon felt weak, he weren't going to show any signs of fear, assuming a plow stance with the tip of the sword raised to Max's throat level.
All were quiet. He were expecting to hear the gunner's fottsetps, ruslting of glass - it t seemed that he were still alone in this building. Taking advantage of this, Vos quickly ascended to the second floor, shutting himself in one of the rooms, the door propped up with a hefty wardrobe, and creeping up to one of the windows in reder to observe his adversary. He hoped to be in time to cast the Black and White spell, gaining eye contact, which were necessary for him to do so.

Afterwards, he would take both his hoodie and longcoat off, left with just a shirt, and cut off a sleeve to bandage his wound. While it were not too serious for an ascended human established Mageblade llike him, he were planning to jump out the second-story window, tighly wrapping his leg to prevent any further trauma. If by then, there still would be no signs of Azarak pursuing him, Vos would carefuly open the window and then fling one of his stilletos at the power line, cutting out the lamposts' electricity and leaving the streets nigh pitch black.
Dynamo, i've sent you my intial character idea by pm some time ago, and i'd ike to know wether you character will be able to aid him in combat or not. He is rather frail and wont be able to fight toe-to-toe with Avhen and Adrian, as i'd like him to, so unless your character is a capable melee fighter, i'd rather change him to a brutish hulk.
