Maximum strength, speed and durability are unacceptable, as you can only achive the maximum listed output of one given stat for a given tier by completely sacrificing the rest of a characters abilities. Even with his Pride ability, that is an absolute no-no.

Everything else would seem just about fine, but only for a magic focused character. If you try to tie in those abilities of yours with high end physical stats, then im afraid that once again, you exceed tier 4 limits.
Blooper, plz post. ;(
If one is free, they must control themselves. If one cannot control themselves, then it is only natural for them to get controlled by others, wether that is for the purpose of safety or lowly personal gain.
Just to clarify: Claws CAN generate enough force to stop a cannonball. He just won't feel well after that.

The world record for sprinting speed is 28 MPH, while the tip of a sword can acellerate to speeds of 75 MPH or greater, since the blade actualy acts as a lever, increasing speed in exchange for force advatage closer to its tip. In other words, the tip of a sword whacks harder, but it is harder to keep the sword in position if somebody else strikes the tip, which is actualy often used in swordfighting to bat away an opponent's atacks.

So realisticaly, Claws could strike with a speed just under the sound barrier, which is roughly 700 MPH. However, that may need clarification, as tier 3 characters probably aren't allowed to be that strong, and you'll get a major nerf to swing speed or something. Still, i think my point about Claws being strong enough will stand true.
Can any one please give me an okay or no-no on the numbers i provided for Kzich?
Just to comapre: a 9mm and a 7.62 NATO exert around 500 and 3000 joules respectively. A person can survive absorbing all the kinetic enegy of those rounds, as what kills in a bullet is the fine tip which creates tremendous pressure, but even then, the range of trauma may range from rib fracture to organ rupture and internal bleeding. And Ido's Kzichball exerts 500 000 joules.
Blooper, im afraid Claws wont be able to shrug off stopping nothing short of a cannonball just like that. The blob is travelling at ~100 m/s and weighs a great 100 kilogram. If we do the math, we receive half a million joules of kinetic energy, which is actualy pretty scary.

Sounds overpowered, but since it is moving only at a third of sound's speed, compared to a handgun bullet which is at least three times faster, it is easier to dodge, and as far as i know, even characters as low as tier 3 can have a gun.

But yeah, either Claws has that staff of his trashed and arms broken, or he has to think of another way to save Sol.
kk.

if you can >;D
"Pheh. Wanna know my name, kid? It's 'Myself'. Try braggin' 'bout that, you ass!," - and thus was the answer of Ido's impeccable mind. Behind his blockheaded demeanor hid a truly cunning nature, and the less his opponent's knew about it, the better. One surely would expect less from a brutish Werewolf warrior than they would from a demonic savant.

Now that he was close enough, it was time for the human to properly introduce himself - and for Ido, that meant revealing all the information a fighter would rather keep to themselves. His gaze pierced right through the meager flesh-and-blood body, reaching to its magical esscence and capturing it within the demon's memory - if his opponent would attempt to attack with magic from afar, he would now be quick to react, detecing Sol's spells the moment they would be cast.

Moving onto the next step, Ido shortened the distance between them to 20 feet, and shifting into a battle stance, threw a succesion of 3 lightning fast palm strikes at Sol. This would look rather strange performed by any ordinary martial artist, but the demon's attacks had far more behind them than the eye could see. With each thrust, a high-pitched ringing could be heard, powerful sound waves sent pounding into Sol's body without giving him any time to react. However, not all would be absorbed, and the small fraction that were be reflected back to Ido would be enough for his keen senses to make a detailed picture of the opponent before him. Linking the auditory senses to the tactile, he would be able to feel percive bit of information the sound waves carried in form of pressure, as if it had been imprinted into his body - what would be hard to percive in sound, would be immediately turned into an easily understandable form.

Yet this was not the only advantage he would gain. At such a distance, the sound's power would be enough to cause a significant amount of pain, and if this caught Sol off guard, then it would provide a great opportuniny to strike.

Whipping out two huge blobs of Kzich from his hands, each holding at least 10 litres, Ido molded them into an ball and sent it hurling towards Sol at full speed, hoping to knock him down. At the same time, he let some of the liquid flow into his jetpack, and using his heating ability, he vaporized a handful of it. In gaseous state, it would react with air in a much more violent manner, providing enough heat to get the jetpack kicking without any buildup.
