P.S. - i, too, dream of making a comic of my own. Ur not elone.
One of the most important aspects in the creation of visual art is... visual experience. Find a few tutorials (plently of 'em) on the most basic drawing techniques, so that you won't feel completely lost, and then just go on drawing anything you can see. Objects with a simple geometric form, such as jars, boxes, soccer balls and ect. are the best to start with, since they are easy to apply to more complex structures later on, for the sake of fully inderstanding their form.

Just keep drawing at a steady pace, and you'll soon come to understand in which direction to go. Oh, and before i forget: studying the works of experienced artists is a great way to learn as well.
Maybe it is. But i think it's just that everyone gets busy to the end of the year, so i think that TEA will get back on its feet by mid feburary. Though most have been reluctant to face the Extreemes and Agents of Tarvin, so the plot is at slower than a crawling pace; and i hate to say this, but i have a feeling that a GM coordinated plot will get us nowhere, since other than Leeroy, nobody really has storytelling priveleges so far.

In fact, that is why, when this RP was still an interest check, i suggested basing it on a conflict between several diffrent factions, where the plot could be entierly under player control. Then, our characters would perhaps have initiate storytelling potential, a point of ineraction already set at stage of their creation.
All good, except the blinding part. My advice is to find some real life example of a bright light and use it to describe the arrow's effect. As bright as a flashbang, for example. Also, it might be a bit more logical to have it blind Anthony as well unless he looks away or protects his eyes. All other abilities affect him as well after all, even if it's lightning or wind or hail.
It was hard not to notice Sol constantly peeking from behind the tree, as if contemplating wether to leave cover or not - and Ido was perfectly aware that he could probably be able to dodge the oncoming barrage of Kzichballs. However, this did not bother the demon in the slightest, as he had perfect control the projectiles, their trajectory easily altered at his slightest whim. Of couse, this came at a price, Ido having to resort to a lower speed for this ability to work, which could prove to be troublesome if the windwage decided to outspeed his attacks.

Fortunately, Sol went upwards, where his ability to dodge was severly limited. Unless he could fly, that is - but Ido highly doubted that, seeing as he chose the inferior method of climbing the tree he hid behind instead of soaring skywards right away. This was a good chance to catch him off guard, which Ido as always, wouldn't hesitate to use.

As soon as his opponent jumped, Sol's movement appearing to the demons eyes as an orange billow enveloping a black human silhouette - black being the color which represeted all solid, poorly compressable objects - Ido launched 20 of the Kzichballs up into the tree, ingniting them in proces, while the rest spread out and encircled it. Most of the flaming shots would strike the trunk, from which the onto all of the branches - but about a quater would head straight for the windmage, forcing him to jump off earlier than he had planned. Soon enough, the tree turn into a gigant pillar of flame, boiling tar causing it to explode from inside and spread its infreno around in burning wooden splinters.
Nope, it is only air escaping from the top - if it wouldn't, then the pressure inside the spheres would grow from the heated air and prevent Kzich from vaporizing at all. And since it is pretty dense, Kzich vapor would collect on the bottom instead of escaping with the air.

As for the spheres, precisely yes. Not all of the spheres, but since Ido used them to chase Sol into cover, most would be floating in front of the tree when he launches them.
No worries. As long as you come to aviod such mistakes in the future, im perfectly fine.
Nerfed? Not quite. Blinding somebody, or yet worse, freezing them for 15 second is enough to kill them ten times over - definetly more powerful that what Skallagrim had for those abilities. And the lightning is OP too - you wrote that it hits the nearest champion, meaning that it will ignoe even a lightning rod. Isn't that just an unaviodable OHKO?

The rest of his abilities look good to mee.

P.S. - i think what you are looking for are amperes, not volts.
