Was going to rig up a low-level character with enhanced senses and mental agility, because everyone I have ever met outside my own guys there assumes that someone who fights primarily with a gun/guns is a lawlscrub who has no idea what he's doing and is using firepower to compensate for his inability to think. Which, ironically enough, is exactly what you and @Vordak think of me right now!

I suggest you add a description of the magnitude of damage your attacks can deal (are they as powerful as a .50 BMG, or more like a artillery shell? How damaging exactly would Wit's End be against one's soul? and ect.), as well as travel speed for the projectiles.

Tch. Powerful characters are not what matter. Skill is all that remains in the end, and i'd like to think i have plenty to spare for the folk gathered here. But as i said, battle will show who's guts exactly will be spilled, and who'll stay alive to gloat.

BTW, why measure striking power in tons instead of joules? The latter has a much clearer connection to kinetic energy and overall power, IMHO.
