The only thing i ask of you is to give a more precise description of her abilities - her base physical strengh (deadlift), estimate of overall speed (can she dodge an arrow? a bullet? perhaps outrun a cheetah?), the power and general way of damage-dealing (heat, cold, blunt force or piercing and ect.) of the Eldritch bolts and fist enhancments, and the benefits of a berserker rage. The power level may greatly vary from those conditions.
Actualy, what i just said is that the object will "rust". Sorry for the misleading wording. Without heat acting as a cataclyst, no rapid burning will occur.
Im calling acoustic levitation crazy beacause it would require quite a calculative mind and vast knowledge in physics. Otherwise, it might work, though im not sure how the movement of air would actualy make it denser. I was implying the use of the wave's sheer power to move onself, as if with air magic. Though of course, that is pretty harmfull to a human being.

As for the temperature control, the outcome will vary depending on the way it works. Wether it is an isolating power that lets nothing through, including physical objects, not only heat radiation, or drains/gives heat to an object, keeping the temperature constant despite any interactions - you decide. Unfortunately, that is all i can think of myself.

---EDIT---

Im not sure, but since burning is actualy the process of oxidation, it may occure without any temperature changes involved if the power forbids that. Though most of the time, heat acts as a cataclyst, so if it happens, it should progress slowly.
That's okay, i'll also have to write one myself. Tier 5, i assume?
There isn't any standart, but i suggest you look up the tier system in either of the Multivereses here. Tiers 4-5 would be prefferable, since they're not too powerfull, yet still have some space for interesting skills.
Only the Monster Hunter RP may belong here. Arena is mostly for PvP.
As for coin flips, you decide - maybe somebody would like to join you, but indeed it is much more common in tabletop RP's.

----EDIT----

In fact, i've never seen any tabletop elements in an arena battle at all. But that is just my personal expirience.
NO. Shed blood in the Arena!

Common sense will have to rule the day. If there is an argument I can adjudicate if needed, but the rules are pretty explanatory as well as power and equipment ratings.

Ah, i see. Maybe a durability estimate should be included as necessary for in the equipment description?
[DOUBLE POST]
It is stated that two targeted attacks can damage a body part, or break a weapon - but what if the weapon has increased durability , maybe some magical enhancment; or the opposite - extremely fragile (a tungsten pole would be much harder to disable/break than an assault rifle)? And how will armor work then?
