That's fine about no items. I mentioned the blaster as a potential plot device. Should I post my character in the characters section? Should I add or elaborate more on any of my characters qualities?
Interested. Can I still join?
Interested. Love tron.
Absolutely interested. I'm a big fan of modern combat fiction, so this is right up there for me.

What branch of service is our group?
Hi there. First time play by post. Bare with me.

Character
Name: Kogo
Race: Rodian
Gender: male

Skills: he's a good all around fighter with both vibroswords and blasters. He's a spacer and knows a bit of how to do basic spaceship duties. Kogo has really good social skills dealing with scum and villany, but he's awkward around refined and upstanding types.

Force sensitivity: kogo is mildly force sensitive, when he really needs something to happen for him, he often unknowingly makes it happen and assumes it's luck.

Personality: determined and driven. Kogo fights for greater good, but often indulges in unscrupulous behaviour such as gambling, brawling, etc. He has a soft spot for children, and a dislike of imperial/ex imperial soldiers.

Bio: kogo always aspired to be a fighter, his grandmother was a famous pit fighter, sharp with her mandalorian blaster (which kogo inherited.) Early on he took odd jobs clearing out gizka infestations and scraping carbon build up off hyperdrives, eventually he fell into a group of mercs opporating out of the outer rim. He fell on the wrong side of the imperial conflict when he was hired by the rebels to front a boarding party on an imperial transport barge.

Kogo is about 6ft, muscular, has burns on his left side torso, face, and arm from a thermal detonator.
Thank you. How should I go about getting started in a game?
Hello fellow RPers.

For many years now I've enjoyed table top roll playing games; close to 15 years now that i think about it. Unfortunately for me my new work schedule and family duties don't afford me scheduled game days anymore.

I'm really interested in trying this out, can't wait to get started. I don't fully know the rules, but I know I can pick up on them quick, and as an immersive gamer, I'm sure I'll fit in.
