(Power): Markus has the ability of having knowledge that transcends his own life time and is smarter than most people with the exception of a couple handfuls. His knowledge comes from the great unknown but it is like a separate entity that lives within his mind, as upon extreme concentration he can actually appear in this place physically depicted as a large tower with shelves of book with an opening at the very top. The books represent all the available memories, information and knowledge he has from them and can access all of them, skimming through the books to find a relevant topic. The knowledge that he finds various as he can find topics of all kinds from regular science to ordinary books to read for pleasure. Among these books are that come from different dimensions as well and can be read if he can decipher the language that they are written in. This special power also allows him to age slower at a ratio of 3:1 making him able to live up to 300 years old if he doesnt die due by other means as he is not immortal
(Weakness): The library that Markus ability has, is a living entity with sentience that knows how to protect itself and only concerns about itself when danger arrives. When appearing in this library, he basically disappears off the face of the earth and enters into another dimension inside his mind which disables all tracking device unless they can track through other dimensions. Also, when Markus tries entering into the library, it is an living entity as it is aware of his surroundings and will not allow it to enter in combat due to its protective nature about its knowledge. It is keen of forbidding the exposure of the knowledge that Markus reads and will do so by silencing him permanently by death if he ever tries. Upon any signs of mental intrusion from reality altering powers or from telepaths, the library will lock itself from everyone including Markus to protect itself until it feels safe.
(Power): Markus also wields the power to wield special words that can produce mundane effects when said in the ancient language that has long been forgotten on Earth. To use these words requires him to use something as a focus, which is most commonly his index finger and to verbally say these words to activate their effect. When used, only him and his target hear the original version of the word while on-lookers will hear these unique words in their own language that they are most familiar with. These words all come from the same language and are often the ancestors to all languages. Allowing him to translate writing from any kind of language with some time and dedication into something that he can read.
(Weakness:) These words while powerful, drain a large amount of energy depending on the effect that is used but even then they are very energy consuming powers to use. When used these words drain his energy the second he says the last letter and if the energy isn't enough then the spell will simply fail due to the power needed to use them. Two outcomes happens to Markus if he fails to provide enough energy which leaves him very fatigued or passed out entirely from strain after small or medium power words or by death after him failing to have enough energy to provide to use a large power word. It is clearly shown that he cannot use these words of power nonchalantly as it drains his stamina fast with each one he uses and tries to sparingly use them while recovering in between uses if he can.
Bio: At an early age, Markus always traveled into his little library when he was a little child and read the tiny childish books that he found in the shelves. This was the first power that he discovered but upon learning how to write and read he soon discovered his other powers. Turning words into a weapon and shield for him and his experty only grew as he aged and increased his education both at school along with his library. He discovered what The Grinder was through the help of his library however finished his regular schooling before finally departing from his normal life with his friends and randomly appeared on campus on day. It was more of a precauction for him as he didn't want to abuse his powers or mishandle them which might end badly for him or his unfortunate victims. Coming to Grinder was the best choice after he finished high school with the majority of his grades being above average but could of been better if he put more commitment into school instead of reading all the time.
Appearance: Bio: (Tell us a bit about yourself, your history and personality) Skills and Abilities: Magic: (This typically isn't anything fabulous or strong enough to hurt Servants, but it's useful. Check the Type Moon wiki for ideas.) Other: Command Seal: Proto-Type
Connections: Only add this when the GMs allows, as of right now, no one is able to have anything here until we have at least six characters approved. More can be accepted after but we don't want there to be a frenzy clusterfuck when people are trying to make a character and worry about getting picked.
Sample: This is where you should write as your character and have them talk about their personality, their history and anything else. It should be around three or four paragraphs and include whatever background you wish.
Name: "Hey names David E. Reed, you can call me Davis if you need anything just ask!"
Age/Year: "Hey even though i'm a fifth year, don't think any lesser than me and besides sixteen is a perfectly reasonable number!"
Gender: "Well I could strip for you if you like, but on the other hand I wouldn't... Well actually I would, except I keep my briefs on unless I like you which would exclude you from that rule hahaha! But anyway I'm a guy"
Blood purity: "Pure, Half, and Muggle whats the difference? I don't think there should be any discrepancy between them and since all magic is related, why can we not be? Oh to answer your question, Im a Half-Blood.
House: "If I am placed in a house by the decision of the Sorting Hat then I have no say, on whether it was right or not. Only that it was chosen for me, although I did lean to Slytherin"
Short Bio: "Want something to drink? Anything to eat really, because this might be long and I make a great mac-n-cheese. If you want some I'll wait... Now where to begin, Oh yeah I was born in a house far far away, in the land of Kansas. No seriously... I was born in Witchia or at least close to it around an hour and a half away approximately, my family always went down there to buy medical supplies and groceries whenever we needed them but besides that life wasn't bad. The winters weren't as cold as you expected in those northern states you know? In fact the bad thing we had to deal with are the hot summers, hahaha! But either way I used to lead the school to doing those carwash things or doing the lemonade stands back when I was smaller. It was fun, when I think back on it as I don't think I would ever remember doing that until I have my own children. Which I can say will be a long time from now, but you can never see what comes at your way so you gotta be ready! That what my parents always said when they were teaching me, they always asked me to do this and that for them doing chores that they could of easily done but were just lazy. They helped in their own ways like his mother cooking dinner and his father always fixing the broken things, while he was in the middle mending the inbetweens."
"Our family relationship was described as okay-ish, in my opinion the only time they had gotten into an agruement was when we were stuck in a snowstorm with ourselves just about to go shopping the next day. My mother freaked even though she was used to living in here, she always freaked out about being buried in by snow. I never understood her but I tried to comfort her, we had heat lamps and lots... and lots... of cereal I mean a stash of cereal my mom would always buy on sales. The top of our cabinets would be filled with a variety of them and we always had at least two gallons of milk in the house at anytime. We were dairy people, and we loved to eat ice cream, yogurt, and cream cheese. Not to mention the salmon and crackers we had every year when relatives came over, it was delicious as I always wanted to eat more but couldn't because I had to save some for my cousins. We always loved food, our relatives and us we used to experiment on baking and cooking, while exchanging recipes to cook so when we got back to each other we could show what we learn. It was fun, cause at the end we would always have eggnog sometimes spiked when my uncles came over, which was hilarious I tell you!"
"Yeah, my family was a joyous one which was why it broke their hearts when they received my letter, to come to Hogwarts they didn't want their son to leave them that helped out around the house so much that it leave an empty feeling in the home. But at the same time, they loved me so that they didn't want to deny their son to going into such a unique opportunity, because apparently his mother's side of the family had a strong tie to her parent's wizard blood and transferred the trait of being a wizard to me. So with heavy hearts I had left my family for my first year and since then we have exchanged letters. Although I do know they are having a good time, I can see it through there words that they were reuniting with some old friends probably from work or school from a long time ago. I dont care if I meet them, but Im glad my family is good, which means I have less to worry about.
Likes: "What I like huh? Well, I do like to do parkour which is like well if anything like obstacle training doing vaults and flips you know all that, it helped my reaction timing as well as calculation of where I need to land and all that, I wont bore you so I skip this part. But I don't do it to show off I was training to be flexible to join a sport but I got into Hogwarts instead so now I am here, although I occasionally have a habit to do them unconsciously. I liked doing multiple sports actually, which were water polo and ice skating, it was fun really while being in the water it was interesting as being in water polo is like dedicating your life to it almost. Or it felt like it during training and so did Ice Skating really, although I wasn't that good I could let go of the wall and skate around the ring, but besides that nope thats all!
Dislikes: "Ohh... this part Im going to hate, but I have to say this I hate people who has a stick lodged in there behind. I mean like seriously I can't believe they can be so disrespectful sometimes they deserve a nice backhand to he head really and sometimes even more and not to mention those other kids who are vain, I don't know which is worse in my opinion I can only hope i wont encounter much of them... I also hate orange and chocolate more specifically with them together is a big no-no I just don't know why people like them really. Since were talking about sweets I might as well add that I hate mint, and prefer cinnamon any day.
Personality: Described from friends they said that David was a guy who could be a shoulder to lean on and cry or a guy you could hate and still hang out without feeling too awkward. He was just that kind of guy, who balanced many things perfectly where it became an unidentifiable mixture of friendliness and hostility along side of another set of confusing set of emotions. If there was one thing that you need to know about being Davis friend, it was that you just had to accept him as plain old weird, it like a shot of whiskey you just got to do it or you'll regret it, well at least that was what he says. Many people says that Davis has no inhibitions what ever that means and that he often has no limits really, he just needs a good reason to do it. Unknown to many people Davis is a smart guy who just like doing weird things that just appear or come out wrong to people who dont know what is going on really.
Wand wood: Im thinking Cherry but you and put what ever in my opinion surprise me :)
Wand Core: Again I like surprises so unleash the Kraken!
Patronus Form: "My Patronous... isnt that like a charm? I heard of it from the upper years that its a charm which summons like a creature which protects you from Dementors. What happens if a Dementor could be one, Ha! that would be hilarious... but in my opinion I think mine would be a Painted Bunting, its a beautiful bird and I think I would look nice if it was. Its feathers and colors and quite beautiful if you haven't heard of it before.
