We could use a few squad leaders and a definite chain of command.
You have me!
I'll keep my eye on this. Would like to know more, and yes, you have piqued my interest.
Too many young bucks and pretty boys. The older more experienced hunter has arrived.
OTIS YATES
HUNTER
"The monster never dies, no matter how many times you kill it. It just sheds it's skin and changes form."

Full Name: Otis Yates
Nickname or Alias: Oats, Otis Atherton
Height: 5'11"
Body Type: Fit but aged
Age: 35
Gender: Male

Personality: He knows his job and his limits. That won't stop him from fighting. He's harty, but aging. He can kick asses every which way, but he's taken a lot more beatings lately and his hunting has taken it's toll on his body. They say hunters age faster than other human beings, and Otis is living proof of that. He's wise and experienced, respectable and professional. He has a good base of connections to hunters and other people useful for information. It's rare that he'll go into any situation half-cocked.

Friends and Family: He has two brothers, and both have become hunters. Most of his friends are other hunters and his contacts around the country. He also has a cousin who is a hunter who simply goes by the name Moser.

Parents: Jason and Catherine Yates
Siblings: Arvin Yates (younger), Steiner Yates(youngest).
Extended family: Moser (cousin).
Important Others: A good hunter buddy of his is simply called Schaeffer. He has many others.

History: He became a private investigator and from there it didn't take long before he became aware of the supernatural and finally became a hunter. As far as he knows, him and his brothers are first generation hunters. His cousin is also a first generation hunter.

Extra Information: I'm sure I'll add some more stuff here.
Reporting in and ready to make a CS.
Cleon popped a very different looking cigarette into his mouth and lit it in about 2 seconds before bum rushing the opening of the dropship.

He held his hand in the air, making the hand signal for a wedge formation and screamed, "BOUNDING OVERWATCH" to signal for everyone to get into formation. Soon everyone would start echoing him. If they were gonna make it through the battlefield, formations and team work was their only hope.

"Stay close with the headquarters team, doc!" Cleon, being the squad main gunner was probably gonna be the one taking bullets for the rest of his team, making himself the target to keep the doc from dying while she saved lives.

He called out to the new private Harvey, "C'mon! Stick with headquarters team, MARKSMAN! Everything's gonna be GREAT!" His false motivation might have been peaking out at the seams, but he kept up the facade, for those who watched him. "This is it, let's get started!"

A corporal was a fundamental part of a team. He was the NCO closest with the junior enlisted and a very important part of the chain of command. He was the first for a junior enlisted Marine to go to with any problems, and the one most trusted by his team. NCOs were the backbone of the Marine corp.
The only concern of mine is that if someone that is in the RP isn't here while everyone is posting it out... Someone might not know what is going on and as they are reading back to find out, everyone is still posting, making it hard for someone to post something and get into the story... That is why I like the order thing so that everyone can keep on the same page and someone doesn't feel like they are getting left out because they have a busy life away from the computer.

That's exactly why to not have a posting order, because people tend to disappear for unknown amounts of time, and they kill good rps. Posting order only works in advanced, where they take more time for one post. This is casual, where we keep it from becoming spam and don't write novels, but more casually(hence the name). It kills the momentum when someone holds up an rp and in turn, the rp. I have a very busy lifestyle. I work from 5 to 5, but with a two hour lunch break. Sometimes my day goes longer, I still manage to get maybe two or three good sized posts up.
You have me.
Why do a posting order? In my experience that always kills a roleplay. My suggestion would be, you have to wait two or three posts in between replies. Keeps spamming out, while keeping the story alive.
