"No, you haven't missed much at all. We were just introducing ourselves and discussing our options for the game." Jade smiled and motioned to the empty seats around the table. "We'd love for you to join us." Nodding a hello, she turned her attention to shapeshifter Zach. "I'm so very pleased to be in such interesting company. I am Jadaria, but I would prefer it if you were to call me Jade. I am a gargoyle." Calmly she swallowed another bite of soup before continuing. "My kind don't come out very often either, but that Is because we tend to have our noses buried in study. I guess you could say my skills consist of remembering information and hiding in plain sight, not very useful but not completely useless. What about you, stranger? You're presence peeks my interest, why don't you share a little about yourself?"

Jade entered the room behind the rest of the group, taking a seat close to but not directly next to the rabbit girl. She was pleased to find that there was enough space at the table for her to have an empty seat on either side of her. Not that she had any plans in revealing her wings, Jade preferred to have the space for them to stretch out in case she felt the need to, but for the time being they remained tattooed to her back. Waiting in silence until the food was served, Jade let her attention wander, skipping from the girl to the boys, taking note of as much information as she could.

Her eyes slid over to the delicate girl as the soup was placed before them, an intrigued smile tugging at the corner of her lips. "I, for one, support the idea of working together. Considering the company we're in." Jade looked right at the boy known as Okori before returning her gaze to her bowl. "Pardon my intrusion, but you wouldn't happen to be a Lunar Rabbit... would you?" Jade smiled at the girl warmly, doing her best not to stare. "It's just I haven't had the chance to meet one in person before, so I wasn't sure." She was slightly disappointed in herself for not being able to hold back her questions any longer, but she knew she wasn't going to be able to hold out forever. "I haven't introduced myself yet, have I? That's incredibly rude of me. My name is Jadaria, but feel free to call me Jade. It is a pleasure to meet you."

Jade glanced back at the fox-child, who was most likely much older than he came across to be. That was a common trait among supernatural beings, their youthful appearance misleading to both their age as well as their nature. "You shouldn't let something so trivial get you down. Things could be worse, right? I mean, no one could notice you at all." She shrugged with a half-smile, able to speak from her own experiences from the past 150 years. "Mmm, food sounds amazing, I cannot wait." Jade beamed with delight, barely able to contain herself. Figuring it would be rude to bombard everyone with her questions about themselves and the area, Jade bit her lower lip and held her tongue, her curiosity insatiable by design. There probably wouldn't be a moment throughout the entire game where she didn't want to tear the place apart and discover its secrets.

Jade nodded politely in acknowledgement as she passed the butler, placing her bag down in the entryway as instructed. She glanced around at her surroundings captivated by the antique beauty of the house, eyes scanning every visible surface as if she could see through to their very cores. This place is even better than I imagined she thought to herself, inspecting and cataloging each detail of the room in her head. "Do you know when this house was built? It's as if it were created with this very purpose in mind." Her eyes shone with excitement, some being the game, most having turned into curiosity about the authenticity of the structure itself.

Demon-pocalypse

Sky crept forward, Jake following not too far behind, poking her head around the cover of an abandoned car. She watched as the boy continued approaching the general area in which the pair was hiding, sighing slightly when the figure stopped a safe distance away. "What is doing?" Jake whispered from behind his cover, remaining as close to the ground as he possible could.

"Stopped... By a car, something's caught it's eye." She paused, before tightening her grip on her blades. "Weapon. Crossbow by the looks of it." Falling silent for another couple of moments, Jake worried she wasn't going to say anything else. "Stay put." Jake didn't have any time to protest before the girl disappeared behind another pile of rubble, most likely planning out their escape route. He sighed heavily before inching forward, attempting to get a better view of what was happening at the other car.

"You just had to be armed, didn't you? I was really looking forward to meeting another person." Jake pouted and pulled his gun close to his chest, leaning out from behind the car to see better.
