Clary had no problems leaving the house for the party, her parents being known for their relaxed house rules. She had decided to pull on her favorite pair of black skinny jeans, paired with a pair of black knee high, high heeled boots and a maroon t-shit. Slipping into a crop leather jacket, Clary grabbed the bag she had smuggled some alcohol into and ran out the door, plucking a witch's hat from the mannequin on their front porch. Halloween had always been her favorite holiday so she wore the hat proudly as she drove herself to the creepy house she had heard everyone talking about. She had never seen it with her own eyes, but she never went out much so it didn't bother her all that much. Despite its being slightly strange, she looked up at the building and thought of it as beautiful, something she would have wished to see from one of her books. "Well here goes nothing." She sighed, grabbing the bag and jogging up to the door, knocking confidently on the door.

omg I know right?
Sky considered the extraordinary gift with care before shaking her head. "The ship sounds stable for now, but I'd hate to mess that up before we have a chance to get out of here. Save that for the Vitus, wherever they may be." She said, looking around another empty corridor. "Maybe they came this way, which is why there aren't any of them around. We should hurry in case their in trouble." Picking up the pace Sky looked around cautiously and called out. "Hey! If you can hear me, say something."
"I'm not a mind reader if that's what you're asking. It was simply a connection I made between the topic of conversation and your personnel file. That and I've seen that look in your eyes before, a long time ago." Silvia looked away as if remembering something, Cade raising an eyebrow behind her. "What she means to say is that the chip that they implanted in our heads has the capability of sorting through vast amounts of information at any given moment. All it took was a quick facial recognition to pull up your files, which contain everything known about you, and a comparison with past events makes for an accurate and educated guess." Dr. Blake whacked the back of Cade's head, the man flinching and rubbing the sore spot. "Hey, what was that for?" Blake shook his head and looked at the group. "Experimental is the key word in this project... Please do your best not to kill them before we can perfect them." Silvia glanced over at Rao lazily. "I think I'll pass, thank you."
I'm just having a bit of creative difficulty trying to come up with something to post. >.< Hahaha
I need to stop trying to watch movies and write at the same time. >.< Oh the distractions. I've had to write and rewrite my post like... 12 times now. Lol.
"If you want to get specific, I'm 19." Silvia had been listening to the conversation since Blake's face had indicated a negative environment. He always had been uncomfortable around negativity. She stepped around Cade and into the hallway, plucking off the monitors and handing them to the doctor. "And if it's powers that you wanted to see you'll have to wait for group exercises. The Angel's are designed as shields not warlords, and tactical decisions are best made as a team, individualized for each unique situation. You are both old enough and experienced enough to work things through on your own, it is why you are here with an experimental project and not another team." Her voice was flat and she held no facial expression, but there was a miniscule flash behind her eyes as her body reacted to the negative stimuli. She glanced at Thomas with a sense of curiosity that should not have been there. "Even monsters don't have to be bad. Just look at me, do I seem all that bad to you?"
Technically you don't get cold, you just lose heat until you are the same temperature as your surroundings...
Now that's something I understand.
