I probably should mention this to everyone, but I won't be starting the IC until after Christmas. I know everyone is busy around this time of year. Also, I think the beginning is going to be slow anyways because next Monday I'm getting my wisdom teeth taken out and won't be able to do much...
I'm going to let Bishop take the dragon, but I would still love it if you could join us... Like I told Kraven earlier, I'm a senior in high school anyways, so it won't be extremely fast paced because of how busy I will be.

I'm assuming you mean "post a CS" and not "post an IC" because I will be doing the first IC post, and those look good. I don't mind the Chinese dragons.

My idea was that everyone would be going to the camp in the woods for the first introductory post, and they would get their eggs there. The eggs would most likely crack overnight and bam! You have a baby dragon to take care of. Baby dragons grow faster than most stuff, so you wouldn't be without a dragon for very long.

You can spread those two things out. It's basically like you're writing a book. Use your five senses and image like you're there for the first paragraph. And then for the second, be the person that's there:
Crispy, fallen leaves crunched underneath her feet as she approached the seemingly silent cottage. The cold air nipped at her skin, causing goosebumps to rise up on her arms and neck. She shivered, pulling the only slightly warm coat around her tighter. The cabin that stood in front of her was creepy and dark, with cobwebs hanging in the corner and a small black cat statue sitting to the side of the dark wood door. Hands shaking, she reached up to knock on the door.
"Hello?" she called, as the knock echoed through the house. She couldn't see anyone through the stained side windows. With the knock, the door had been knocked open and she pushed through it, entering without waiting for an answer. She stepped inside the cottage, tucking a strand of dark hair behind her ear as she went in. Her breath created clouds in the cold cabin and she quickly waved it away with a hand, clearing her vision.
Something like that ^^. It gets one mainly with actions and another with mainly senses and feelings.

With the black egg, let me talk to Temperance first and see if they still want it since they showed interest first. And the black dragon powers will be unknown because no one has ever seen one use its powers before. Later in the RP, once the dragons begin to develop and improve on their powers, I will talk with whoever has it about the powers. I'm thinking along the idea of the powers of the Nightfury from How to Train Your Dragon.
The angel, as it develops through the RP, I'm thinking will get good magic powers, such as healing and nature powers, as well as light manipulation powers.
With the Mystics, I am thinking more that these Mystics that are chosen are kind of rebellious and are kind of forced to be Mystics rather than Dragonia.

Mainly what I do for stuff like this is I do one detail paragraph, describe feelings and setting and such, and then have a paragraph with some dialogue in it with actions.

Don't worry. You'll be able to keep up. I'm a senior in high school, so this might be going a little bit slower. It won't be super fast paced. And if three is all you can do, that's fine.
But what I mainly meant by that rule is don't do this:
The dog ran. The dog jumped. The dog flew.

I was thinking ten at the time I made it, but it will most likely be less than that.
And the reason why the angels are so underpowered is because they did something to be thrown from the heavens, so they don't get anything good. They have a chance to redeem themselves with this Dragon Master thing, and they can slowly start to get their powers back, but as a fallen angel, you are much less powerful.
