I'll eventually get a real bio in here.

I'd say it's fine;
it gives more opportunity for someone else to make a resistance group and re-take those places in the name of JUSTICE
and then be another Reich under a different name and 'ideal set' for the story-makin'

fo real.
[cause that is the most repeated phrase in the entire school]

and I'm workin' on my app.
Theoretically, if you can pay, you could practically rent out a small escort group, your own ship to research, live, and work from, and just sail the ocean waters, where there is no real 'police.' They are international waters, after all, so anyone with the bigger gun can probably proclaim dominance, since the oceans are ruled by any one body, nor is there a UN to patrol it.
I'm just going with an Atlantic-Pacific corporation that would be the go-to guys for smuggling, shipping, illegal weapons, and with richer nations/countries, more advanced, efficient body armors, weapons, etc.

Antimatter is only going to be a side thing. If suddenly people put a crapload towards them, progress will ensue. Otherwise, a small fund is issued to them each year to keep it in working condition.

An ocean-based shipping and weapons dealer, both illegal and cheap, or expensive and advanced.
*snaps fingers*
I don't need to be a nation, though private property will be a must. However, I have a group-app to make!
and to skip quoting Dinh

1) o.o

2) o.O

3) ._.

4) And by antimatter, I mean for, first and foremost, research areas, and energy production. I'm sure that there are many other areas where antimatter could be used, but when a tiny amount of antimatter could equal 120 tonnes of conventional rocket fuel (<- more or less quoting), I think people who are interested in being a bit better in the long-term would be willing to invest.

Plus, well, with antimatter, one could have more efficient engines, provided that they have enough antimatter and an efficient design, to mine at, say, the Asteroid belt. Mining asteroids has extreme resource potential, does it not? While expensive, the Earth is quickly running out of resources. A sudden boost in minerals from giant mineral chunks floating in space sounds good. ish.

5) gud.

Japan) Well what if they [u]did[u] kind of come back, and start repopulating? I was thinking of expansion by way of underwater 'bases' of sorts, and something like really-large sea platforms constructed during the war as a sort of bunker, except easier to defend and the like for the masses of Japan?

I rather you not have it though, this was a large war, and even if you weren't involved a lot you still see some effects. WW3 would cause mass inflation and other things, so its going to have to be focused on rebuilding for a bit. It wouldn't make sense to send up a massive WMD, which is going to be expensive as hell, when you need the money for other things.

Could this WMD laser weapon in orbit not be damaged in some way? Say, a missile had been fired at it, and missed/damaged it, but not destroyed it, or maybe space debris from another destroy satellite/space station had messed up something important? That way, it'd be priority to get it up and running again, but there may be constant repairs needed after problem after problem surfaces, as well as possible space debris that would continually damage the satellite.

Just saying, I'm reading through the posts.

EDIT:
True, Japan might be good, being all Honda and everything, but it isn't much of a military place. If someone decided to invade, it's really just the police, is it not? I suppose during the war...
oh yes..
Well, if you want Japan, you take. I'll only take it if you insist.
5 things:
1) Evan/Dinh should write a book. I've read bestsellers with writing on par to you two's writing.
2) Whoever designed those spec-ops uniforms/equipment sets is a spawn of Satan to be that scary, or just a smart troller
3) Is there an up-to-date map, or is the one in the opening post up-to-date?
4) What country/nation has a good reputation in the field of science, isn't taken, and would be able to get funding from other large nations/countries without going way out of way to get it? Cause antimatter research would be very useful for many people; research says that if the production of antimatter went down to $10 million per milligram, then it'd be a viable replacement for nuclear fission. Plus, I suppose it'd have a great deal of uses with... creative investors adding suggestions. So a country that would basically act as a 'invest, suggest, and we make advanced stuff!' type of thing. Cause like, science.
5) hai. how ya doin?
And what I don't get is the fact that people didn't like the Draconians getting close to a hundred controlled galaxies, while you guys will reach that mark in half the time, with half the ambition, and half the manpower/firepower.
Earn the trust of those who have proven untrustworthy to those that trusted them? In the Supremes' eyes, the Equestrians must repent and begin apologizing, not demand items of value in return for their preservation.
The Supremes are going to start using the Triarians as a middle-man, of sorts. They'll only really explain things or talk to Triarians, or other parties that are Triarian-allied, while they'll probably have a great tendency to look down on the Equestrians and AIF.
Supreme Intervention- Human Hostage Crisis at AIF-Mars
The Draconian tilted his head slightly, studying the President, before gently setting him back down, and loosening his grip. He did not, however, let him go, or let him loose enough for him to escape without Draconian claws tearing through the back of his neck.
"Your intervention is not needed, nor is the intervention of the guards here, the Equestrians outside, or anyone else. We will preserve, then we will allow you to take over. Our job is not to destroy, but to permanently keep any race worthy of multiple galaxies alive, in some form. Your understanding of actions are too short-term to ever understand ours. Currently, we are locating the signal that you can transmit to control nanobots, which, I hear, you use for almost everything. In addition, we're taking over billions of public data servers, computers, online databases, everything. When we are done, it will be fixed, even made better. But we are not done, and you, and the Equestrians, are becoming more nuisance than anything. We preserve, and then we release them back into a controlled environment when the time is right so that they may grow strong enough to hold their own, without outside intervention. The environment varies, but my current form might have the correct environment."

"President Dmitri, we can reach an agreement to allow my kind to save your kind, and various others, for the far-off, distant future, where even those such as myself can never hope to live to see, immortal though I am. Kill me here, and my soul, that which makes me part of the race Supreme, will stay here and haunt this planet, while this body will return to full Draconian blood..."

"Oh? You have another Draconian. I'm surprised you didn't kill him off too, like the rest of them! You have no idea how much suffering you've cost the universe by killing them here. They were in galaxies you'll never find and while they might not of been friendly here, they were elsewhere. I have the memories of thousands of Draconians, just as every Supreme Draconian has. When a Supreme in a different form passes through an area where others of the same form have passed, they take parts of their memories. They were worshipped, they were hated, they were loved, they were killed. You have proof at such a Draconian, he stands outside now. I could ravage his mind, his brain, and tear it apart from here, without even looking at him. I see all around me, though not necessarily infinitely."

"Now, when those spec-ops enter this building, you and I will disappear, and you will experience something much worse than death. Unless you agree to a treaty to allow us to preserve some of your race, the Aeternals, and other various critical races, including the Equestrians. The Equestrians are unstable, and will spiral out of control, like putting a rubber band where a bioalloy strap should be on an aircraft. Temporary fix, to keep it from falling as fast. We seek to keep them from destroying themselves, as matter does to antimatter, so you'd best think carefully."

It was now obvious that the Supremes oh-so-loved the sound of their own voice and emotions. They were, after all, alone and lonely out in the cold dark, with no permanent relations with any single race.

Response Message to the Triarians
Our people believe in preserving every race, and until now, we have gone relatively unopposed, and have preserved hundreds of races, both before they themselves went extinct, or before they fell into war, civil war, or intergalactic crises, and died away. Here, we intend to do the same, and preserve every race with a possible chance at such extinction, and so far, every other race has brought up arms to tell us not to. We are close to bringing down a hammer to forcefully save. Furthermore, we believe the Equestrian leadership to be the spearpoint in such thoughts, and we intend to stop them. They require a leadership change, permanently, and preservation. The Aeternals must also be preserved, though there are now two fleets attempting to stop our advances to save them. Are they usually this stubborn and hardheaded?

Aeternals
The Warships held position, with the exception of the other 2 Warships moving towards the Aeternals moving back outward again. The Corvettes, however, simply folded right past the Equestrian blockade-of-sorts. The Corvettes were seen suddenly accelerating, and then disappearing, as the space rippled, and then they emerged on the other side, completely fine and moving to the Aeternal ship(s). From several suddenly slowing down and going into autopilot, it may become apparent that Supremes had teleported on-board, and were busy using their psionic and partial-extra-dimensional-being-ness to find any crew members, or Equestrians, and just force them into temporary sleep-states, so that they may take what they need from the Aeternals without being disturbed.
