If you read her CS, you'd notice she can't do that anyway. What qualifies as an "element" is very specific for her. Lightning has to be an actual lightning bolt, not just charged metal. Wind has to be moving air, not just oxygen. Fire not embers, earth not metal, Water not liquid. Light and Dark are pretty hard to fake, so those have no such limits.The difference between what you proposed and what her power can actually do is that she doesn't have to have pixel perfect timing to catch a lightning bolt, she just has to know it's on it's way before it hits her, and she can redirect it to her relic when it does.

And that make sense.

He has trained for about two decades with a man who is Relic-enhanced. The only kind of defensive item that Myth possesses is the gauntlets, and that's more because conventional weapons, such as a sword, can't harm most, if any, Relics, so he'd be able to deflect it off his gauntlet, provided the force of the sword doesn't break his hand/wrist/arm, and if he doesn't just use his sword to block it.

If you want, I can have him more equal to one of lesser training, such as the... well, foreigner. I can't remember the names... Saenong? Saeong? The weaponsmaster from the other place.

I'm going to go ahead and say that Lillian can't take the elements from one's summoning. For example, if Myth started charging his gauntlets with lightning, and they, as usual, began glowing electric-blue and electricity began crackling along his gloves and lower arms, Lillian wouldn't be able to take it. However, if Lillian were paying enough attention and was ready for the moment he would release, then Lillian could take it and enhance it and redirect it. IF she timed it right. It's immediate, instant, and that means you have to get the timing perfect, or you'll miss your chance at redirecting and recharging it.

A fireball or icebolt moves a great deal slower, so you'd obviously have better luck controlling them.

Nay, chukkle has all the elements. I only have one specific part of the... I suppose fire element, with lightning. Lightning can start a fire.

Would anyone oppose if, when I asked the King about the use of Relics and if he said yes, and Myth revealed his lightning-y powers, two or three Idris templars or religious warriors of some kind came down to fight Myth? That way I can have a short battle in one post. Much easier, since a lengthy battle with another player would take some time.

And if it's so OP, then why are you using Fusion Reactors with the exact same need for Helium 3?
A hissy fit would be me not getting my way. I quit because I essentially asked Herp "What should I change," in which he went asshole and everyone joined up with him. And I didn't even start it.

Ceres now has a big-ass hole in it with random bits of useless, burned debris.
