William would be skeptical.

The type of skeptical where he says,

"If you're the one who turned me, then you pretty much ruined the promise of a good life for one where you choose. You're an ass; leave me to my own devices to do what I wish with the curse you have forced upon me."

He is, of course, thankful that he can live ETERNALLY, just the fact that he can't ever see the sun again and that he can no longer remember his passwords to his Robocraft accounts makes it useless; now he can't spend eternity playing games, watching movies on Netflix, and reading books on his Amazon Kindle Fire HD.
That's a wonderful response that just proved my theory.

In other news, I thought Duck was being Equestrian/Iscandarian, where he was peace-loving and prosperity-giving to all. Why is it that he's started the most fights than there have been with anyone else, period?

This is like making a warrior character love kittens, singing, and taking long naps, and never hurting anyone. Except the other way around.
No
Don't even try to start another argument

I speak to say that you are need to be just like everyone else- challenge yourself and do REAL new crap, not just new ways of doing the same thing.
William, in his sprawled spot in his chair, waved his hand absently back and forth, studying it with a half-focused, half-glassed gaze. After quite some time, his mind began to return and he took in everything that was being said. Still in a daze, he replied to Vanity in an absent-minded kind of tone, "why tell her not to be dramatic when you yourself are the most drama-centered one here, for you are the one that let us assume and guess, and be blinded by fancy lights that even I know better ways to use for effect..."

After maybe another ten seconds, he sat up, eyes clearing, mind crystallizing from rock to glass again. Gears ground for a moment before they started working again, and he looked about the room, narrow-eyed.

"This is getting much too much for me. I need three things: a library, my book, and maybe a pitcher of blood, especially so since someone didn't die just to feed us."
I mean not to offend, KeyGuy, but Duck _is_ the one you have the closest relationship with. It's already been confirmed that you two often talk; of what, we don't really know. That's often why people in positions of power often can't afford to be friends with anyone; familiar or friendly, but not close friends unless that person is a respected co-GM or the like. Duck doesn't exactly have the best rep with most of us, despite being one of the longest roleplayers in the series. Each time, he's been rather... Mary Sue/Gary Stu, what with the perfect magical powerful nations.

We're writing something new, trying different things. I don't particularly like how, while we all, including you, KeyGuy, even though you have humans every time, are writing new things, different technologies and new concepts, Duck has been pretty much the same as he first started. He's improved a bit, yes, but I've not seen much challenging bits from him. He can do much better writing, I know that, he just doesn't want to step out of his comfort zone, as he said, and won't do it for anything. He wants to play perfect nations who get what they want. After all, he had been planning to take over the GM's nation and control it, and it backfired horribly. And he was mad at the very suggestion of him not winning. What rage must have burned when he had his fleet annihilated?

The problem I have is that if someone else were to act as Duck, they probably would be banned. If they did not talk to you, Keyguy, on a regular basis and formulate plans and stuff with you, then they would probably be banned. Nearly banned three times- no one else has, except me, I believe, if I remember correctly. I've been banned for... what was it, I forget. Would anyone like to tell me what I was banned for again? Compare it to what duck has done, too. If you all think that duck losing GM powers is all fine and good, then I'll shut up and watch duck from the corner of my eye, but no longer pursue the topic of anything relating to duck. But I do have a problem with both what I think might be unfair favoring, and about duck's Mary-Sue Gary Stue nation copy-pastes.

Shoot me if I'm evil for continuing to pursue, but I'm the one trying to use the pile driver. If that means I have to hit it a dozen times to get the point through, then so be it. If I must stop beforehand due to intervention, then so be it.

Appointing me is like using an axe to prune a bush.

I use sledgehammers to kill rattlesnakes?
I use rifles to empty containers of bad milk too.
Willy filled everyone's cups? First Evelyn, then the other two fledglings, and then he drank some himself.

And why do I feel as if my character is the only one accurately depicting the thirst of freshly-turned awakened fledglings? The other two are just sipping, if at all, no offense.

As in...? Like where to insert him or debating on waiting longer to make his introduction?

both
One could just appoint, say, you as a co-GM, and then just go through them one-by-one.
Still waiting on the GM to say ANYTHING. One shouldn't start a roleplay if they aren't willing to reply to everyone ASAP, don't have time, or can't handle it all.
