At this point, the Supremes were huddled in a semi-circle, with an opening towards the Collective and Equis Pact diplomats who were bickering. While there appeared to be no real sound or movement, if one watched the Supremes long enough, they would become aware that they were, in a way, bending reality around them to disguise their laughter. The Spider and Draconian guards had moved to stand right around the semicircle, and they too were laughing, though the reality-bending disguised them as well. After some time of watching and laughing at their bickering, they all sobered up and dropped their facade, and one stepped forward to the AIF President, suddenly the same height as Dmitri. Asking softly, "Are they always like this?" the Supreme took a few small steps towards the two opposing sides.

That way, riots can go in full force, and people can vent themselves on each other, until they're either tired of fighting, or they're dead. We never rioted, but we both caused and were in many. Sometimes, just let people fight it out. Sometimes, shoot them until they're dead or surrendering. Sometimes, just gas them. The Seeders are the most peaceful race so far, and that's because they're half-hivemind, half-independent beings. You won't see them as a major enemy for maybe a decade or so, by the way."

Should we find suspicious activity, your people in our space will be watched openly. Should we find illegal activity, your people in our space will be detained and questioned. Should they be entering areas such as Bycorium mining or storage, and will not allow themselves to be detained or try to escape, they will put their lives at risk. The Hessian Government is offering to purchase the space that makes up the Horus Gas Cloud, discreetly saying that the Hessian military will patrol the sectors in place of the UUN patrols, so that they wouldn't have to put their own lives at risk by coming so close to the radioactive cloud. The Hessian request also says that the government's R&D department is wanting to test radioactive shielding, to see if the shielding works correctly and energy-efficiently. Hessian politicians have gained public support for using the Horus Gas Cloud to test various items, such as the emerging technology of stasis shielding, radioactive element shielding, ship-structure testing, and deeper research into Bycorium, its origins, and its properties, due to a high concentration of Bycorium in the sector.
