Jade flinched as the shockwave easily wiped out the spikes. She heard Ashlynn in her mind but made no movement until the word was given. With a flick of her wrist, spikes rises from underneath Balthazar, wether they hit or miss wasn't of importance to Jade. She pushed herself forward, flying above him, looking down for a second before sending a jet stream of water at him.

She jumped back, flying a few more feet away from him and landing softly. Spikes began to form in front of her, her mind in a more defensive than offensive mode. If he managed to break from Ashlynn's attack, then she'd change her game plan.

After taking a night off for herself, Jade was finally in a good mood, which had been rare for her lately. She practically skipped into the cafeteria with a smile on her face. She guessed that the good mood was brought on because she was beyond hungry, and was about to eat.
