When more people post their characters, I'll post my second character. If that's ok with you, of course.
It could be a mix of both? The setting could be a more real time, as in around the year 2014 with all the technology we have now, but at the same time be a fantastical era. Am I even making sense? lol
Name: Jade Harrison
Age: 19
Height and Weight: 5'2" and 123 lbs
Personality: Jade is a cautious type of person. She doesn't trust people easily,but that doesn't stop her from being kind and friendly. She's typically bubbly and likes to hum random songs that pop in her head, but that side of her won't come out until she feels comfortable with the people around her. She's a smart girl and not easily angered, although certain things do make her snap here and there.
History: Jade comes from a small town near Seattle. She was raised with her three older brothers and father. Her parents split up when she was three years old due to the fact that her mom was always gone on business trips. She went to high school with her older brothers and mainly hung out with guys. She joined the Lacrosse team her freshmen year and got a full ride to college on a scholarship for sports.
Near the end of her freshmen year of college, a group of friends decided to head over seas for the summer and Jade decided to go with them. She kept a steady 4.0 average her first year of college so her father allowed her to take a break. That's when the accident happened.
Belongings: She brought along a tribal backpack filled with her necessities such as; A toothbrush, small tube of toothpaste, a small brush, a lighter, her small makeup kit, and an extra shirt. In her arms she carried a leopard print blanket and she wore a hoodie with her high school's logo on it.
Fear Jade is afraid of the dark if she's alone. If she's with others, she's a bit more calm. She's also afraid of water. She's can swim perfectly fine but she's afraid of the destruction it can cause and of what is in the water, such as sharks.

Jade frowned as Ivy walked off, but she was a tiny bit relieved that she had opened herself up for a brief moment. "I tried." She muttered, turning towards the others once Ivy was gone. "You guys are nosy as hell. Did y'all know that?"
