Tossed out of the ship, Eclipse found himself unexpectedly on the planet's surface, alone.... save for a glint in his left eye. he sighed. "This isn't good." He said to any present company. Holding his sword upright in front of him, he cast himself back to his own universe, to Celestia.

((Hey, you figured out what forest you're in! Now you'll figure out why that was an INCREDIBLY bad idea.))Energy slices around you, and even the trunks of these ancient plants, hardened over the course of thousands of years, were cut through. Although too large to have been cut in half, which would no doubt have had devastating consequences for the surrounding area, the cuts are quite deep, sometimes penetrating several meters into the stone-like bark of which these plants consist. A deep red fluid resembling blood both in appearance and consistency leeks from the wound, and even as the first drop touches the canvas of green below, the consequences can be both felt and seen. The leaves that cover the floor change color, a wave of red spreading through across its base, even as screams echo through the landscape. Not in any voice, they rake into your brain directly, knives pulled along the inside of your skull, as the entire forest trembles with uncontrolled rage. The sound of thousands of screeches and roars tearing through physical air, seemingly emitted from the massive black holes in the ground. A presence, previously benign, screeches at you as the sky turns red, and, painfully visible as the roots pull closer to the trees, you can see hundreds of skeletons and fallen machinery lying, overgrown, disguised both by the comforting voice in your mind and the vast array of flora. Scuttling, scraping sounds, as the voices get closer. Glowing yellow eyes in the darkness, approaching fast. This is the last thing you see before the bio-luminescent lights go out, and everything turns black. The response from the many comms is both swift and relieving. "We're not here to fight you. I am Lord Genome, the Spiral Emperor. I speak for the Galaxy Breaker Armada, and I give you a message of peace. Rather, we come to hold out the hand of friendship." As he speaks, about a hundred of the smaller ships transform, the faces shifting to the front as the smaller systems shift into arms and legs. Even as this occurs, hundreds of giant mechs the size of small houses crash to the surface, fighter pilots. "We need to evacuate the area immediately. Our sensors show Daemonborn activity. We saw your victory, but that won't last long. Daemondborn are immortal unless you deal with the Daemon Ring." Already many of the robots are busy grabbing the unconcious bodies of the clones.

Mithias looked back to see giant robots landing and starting to pick up the dead clones. "The insanity never ceases here." He muttered to himself, and suddenly he was reminded of Bob. Once his only 'friend,' a term used very loosely, he now wasn't sure if he again didn't regret meeting him. Of course he regretting materializing in the Coffee Lounge at all in the first place. Bob was nothing more than a denizen of this wacked universe, or multiverse. It seemed the only real friend who hadn't mislead him, or burned him, or stabbed him repeatedly, was Tsukune, who was now bonded somehow to Mithias' soul. Other than that, no one knew him, no one loved him, and he had nothing to live for or anyone to go on for. He sighed heavily as he began to walk into a wood. "Tsukune, if you are still there, tell me if there's something I can do for you." (Any chance of running into Kaika?)
Shik. Move your ass.
The high pitch hum of the engines drowned out all other sound, making a monotonous and comfortably numbing background for the vampire's thoughts. Mithias' keen eyes picked out the details of the clouds against the starry sky. The moonlight shimmered off the fluffy vapor like pearls. Flight was always so enjoyable. In the sky, the world seem to be so far away. Time held no meaning, and everything seemed to echo an eternal peace. Soothing, indulging, the escape was all too brief. "Brother, you are a fool." Mithias said to himself as he checked his instruments. Thankfully, he was almost there. Martin was higher than a kite if he thought he could live forever without his own body. Hopefully, if Rhyss could hold out long enough, Martin wouldn't have to try. Mithias wouldn't be visiting 'the Monarch' just yet.

Minutes later, the blatant sound of Nightingale's deceleration washed over the church ground and down the connected allyways. Mithias checked his scanners and set his craft to hover ominously. There were numerous dead bodies, all vampire, a human, a few fires, a van... but the systems failed to capture any live vampire movement. Was Rhyss dead? Was it too late?

His own adrenalin beginning to rise, Mithias let go of all distractions and went into battle mode. His own senses would be faster and more sensitive that that of his jet's. He didn't know what he would find below him, or if this was his last day on earth. Perhaps, in light of recent failures he was a bit too anxious, more than usual. He shook his head and opened the canopy. Now was not the time for reflection or regret.

Sending the jet off into a holding pattern, a long-haired vampire with double swords dropped to the ground. Immediately, he moved and listened. he made his way to the van. The scent of blood and the sense for family ties drew him easily. There were bullet holes along the side of the van, and no sound coming from within. Mithias' almost white hands grabbed the handles and through open the doors.
Why don't you have Scarlet take out one of BOIHive's drones as they are attacking the world below? Or maybe she sneaks up on Cedric, who is delving underground to discover that old casket? And where is Axel with that big gun? Does he know there's a van full of drunk vampires down there? Did Tayae abandon him? Maybe she wants to come fight Rhyss too. And what about the werewolves? Once they get out of Alaska, wouldn't they take an opportunity to spread their influence and species to the rest of the world? Maybe now's the chance to rise up and replace vampires.
Sorry akje. We burned that.
Oh. Well.... ok then, but idk if wiz is gonna have terebithia necessarily blow everyone up herself... wiz?
Hrm.... I still think Martin needs a body to come back to and call his own, plus I'd get to encounter Onikage, and maybe Axel and Tayae... er whatever her name is.

Mathew smirked at the statements of the angel. He saw nothing but naivety, his illusions of beauty and perfection had been shattered. "I am filled with pain, because I watched everything I ever loved burn. I am filled with hate, because I saw your kind turn your backs on the Hell that was forged by our human imperfections. These are the things that make me human, that make me sentient. These are the things that seperate me from you. Through perfection, you lose all life, becoming nothing but an icon. You could no more be called a thinking being than my drones." As Mathew spoke, he already turned back to his keyboard, typing away at the desk. "I will stand as the pillar to take all the pain from those you have failed. Your religion, your love, your beliefs, your faith, your power. It's all a failure, if you but look at the true pain forged by humans themselves, as you simply look on and do nothing. You are worthless even in that which you supposedly represent, too busy facing your divine opposites to look down and watch the humans sprawling like ants, working themselves to death to get out of the crossfire."Typing into the keyboard, Mathew programmed his bots to reenter the ships, their portal matrices redirected to the large Central Matrix on the ship. A warp in space which allowed his robotic servants to move beyond the bounds of physical travel. Already his Ambassador Drones had moved into the local population, given them the tools they needed to construct a new civilization. He would rebuild their culture, their beliefs, their moral code, and their technology into a utopia. A world without crime, where they would be able to prosper without disease or horror. When the time came, a powerful Portal Matrix would be constructed, which would connect this world to the rest of the Imperium, and the trade between these groups would ensure mutual prosperity. Powerful AI systems would be set up to create a stable, objective and absolute governing authority, as well as an absolute justice system with harsh but necessary penalties.

Eclipse sighed heavily. He understood very well where Matthew was coming from, why he made the claims that he did, and why he was so intensely dedicated to his cause. He too had been human once, and it was true... they suffered. But the reasons they suffered wasn't simply due to the lack of concern of pure, immortal and powerful beings, or a god. It was just a whole lot more complicated than that. Eclipse struggled inwardly with what to say to the being before him. Finally, he thought of something. "I am so sorry." He started. He stood up slowly, appearing humble. "I don't know why that happened, but I can understand the desire to take control and see that it never happens ever again. But, if I may... no one can create 'Heaven' here in this universe, because love cannot be forced."
Hey Akje. if Martin's body is slain, can his mind remain "alive" while inhabiting a host of other minds? Even if so, I'm still going to try to keep him from getting cut up by Onikage.
