Faster than anyone, Mithias dives for the orb, catching it a split second before it would have hit the ground. He rolls onto his back, holding it in his palms and gasps at its black color with the concern of a parent wih a sick child. "What happened to it?"
Strygwyr 's toothy grin bows downward to a frown in disapproval and he crouches low between his tonfas with a dscontented soft growl.
Eclipse by now has calmed his rage... At least to manageable levels. He looks at the dark man on the staircase as Teo suddenly throws hiself unceremoniously into the slime. "Hope didnt damn you shadowmage, and you couldnt have lost it completely, or you wouldnt exist. In fact it might be only thing keeping you alive."
Mithias gets up. "Who are you and what happened to you? ... And where is that girl?"

The paladin backs up, curious and awed. "Hope. Forever will it drive back the darkness."
Walking up between everyone, the happy bloodpriest opens his hand, revealing the item he had stolen. A gentle force surges outward from it in a sphere, pushing back on eclipse and the darkness that holds the girl hostage. "From the memories of all, time shared and forever lost..."
Mithias comes forward from the bar blinking. "Ah. Now I know what Strygwyr took."
"...a great power comes." The orb he holds slowly floats upward above them, releasing a soothing warmth, a radiance of unignorable joy and peace. "
Mithias continues. "The box... Fragments of all oir memories, all we have ever been, have created this." He raiises his gold eyes to the orb and points, "Hope."
Strygwyr smiles. The type of power of the orb creats contentment, love, eliminating pain and equalifying all. He smiles.
Mithias comes forward from the bar blinking. "Ah. Now I know what Strygwyr took."
