Cosmos did with his spells. I took advantage of him not realizing it for fun surprise story purposes. I would have made it more clear in my post, but ran out of time before I had to go. You can dodge his attack if you want, but then you will have to fight him, obviously.

Sorry i rushed that post. I d i d want to make it more epic, but i had to go to work.

Eclipse was dead. So much for friendship. With most of his enemies down or disbursed, and his Gods' thirst temporarily satisfied, Strygwyr stopped his bloodseeking. He was on his own now, uncertain of where he would go next, but fully trusting that his Twins had plans for him. He didn't need to ask questions. He turned away from the dead angel somewhat somber. Just as he turned to walk away, the smell of magic assaulted him, and his fur stood on end. he hated necromancy in particular. The bodies of the fallen all around him rose up. The slain warriors were vengeful and bloodless. They attacked him simultaneously, this time fearless of the Bloodseeker's blades. Strygwyr darted across the field, fending off spears and trying to keep himself from being surrounded. Only severing a limb seemed to slow these risen warriors down. He tried to break their weapons, which helped, because even thrown spears would magically float back to their owners' hands. It would take a miracle for him to defeat all of them at once, and escape would be impossible in the swamp. Suddenly, in the middle of battle, a high pitched, beautiful ringing sounded from the chieftain's hut. All the onlooking natives recognized it, and some of them began echoing the sound, puffing up air-filled throat sacs on either sides of their necks. The necromancied warriors even seemed to hear it and stopped chasing Strygwyr to turn and listen. Standing at the front of the chieftain's family's home was a young, female native. She was one of the royal family's daughters, and she was alive. She spoke to the entire viliage. "My parents are gone, but I am still with you. I saw the guards attacking us. They betrayed my family. I prayed to <insert swamp-god here>, and the guards left before they could kill me too." She pointed at Strygwyr. "I believe the red demon was sent to stop them and avenge our mother and father. You must let him live. He did not start this bloodshed." Strygwyr had his back against a tree with his blades up. He sniffed once, then bounded off the tree like a happy dog and got away. And so the undead amphibious army unexpectedly became useless. Their corpses each dropping, one at a time, as the light left their eyes. Cosmos would have been displease, watching the whole thing so intently from high above.... Unnoticed by the immortal, dragon-like Cosmos, a tiny shadow flickered over him from under that faded, weak sun overhead. Before he could turn around, he was under attack. "FOR THE GLORY OF LIGHT!" Eclipse, cold white light in his undead eyes, charged full speed down onto Cosmos from directly above. With all his strength and righteousness, Eclipse plunged his sword down into Cosmos' neck and shoulder, into the creature's chest. The two would fall to the ground together, hopefully both of them dead.
