I think what Wiz needs to know, and Grey failed to mention, is that Britian is a "vampire free" nation. Now, I have been thinking about this, and ive decided that Britian can't be totally "vampire free", not even just publically. It will have to appear to have control of its supposedly small vampire population. Somehow it has managed to accomplish this control without SOLDIER....

Just as Strygwyr began to relax, being a relative term, he turned his attention over to the Dark One across from him and was shaken up all over again. He yipped and dived over a log, obscuring himself in the bushes, as if he had seen a ghost.
The Dark One would notice Eclipse's sword had begun glowing. The feeling of soft feathers brushing against him was familiar and comforting, like a favorite soft blanket. Indeed a ghost had appeared.
Translucent and beautiful, the white light outline of an angel stood beside the Dark One. "Yee who carry my sword..." The spirit seemed to be addressing the Dark One. "I ask you this task..."

Mithias tried to stop him as soon as he realized what was going on. "What? No Drac! We just found you! Gyah!" Even Bug was pulling Mithias away into the portal. "Bug! Are you crazy? What is he talking about Argh! Not another damn portal!!! Yeargh!"
