Mithias, the vampire hunter, stood motionless as he watched Martin control the blood and ignite it with the spiritual flames. As his brother consumed it, he seemed to grow even stronger, more inhuman, and perhaps slightly psychotic. He was more like 'Father' than he realized.

Seeing Martin's outstretched hand, with the sickly blue flame in his palm, Mithias already knew what his answer would be. He reached forward and grasped his bother's hand, tight, and looked into his eyes with life, vigor, strength, hope, and defiance. The blue fire grew and covered the whole of Mithia's body, changing him into his vampire form. His grip on Martin's hand too strong to break, Mithias answered him with a slight grin, "Never." Seemingly in response to Mithias' will, the blue fire changed to regular colored orange flames that reflected in his eyes and burst from Mithias' back in a set of flame wings. Neither of them were burning, of course. Mithias held Martin's hand. "I'll tell you a secret, brother. 'Humanity' has nothing to do with whether or not you are human." With a smile, he finally let go and took off to the air toward the image of Terebithia.

In the real world the temperature inside Mithias' cylinder started to rise.
Why hasn't Ghost et al. been deployed yet?
and I'm back.
Getting up, Eclipse couldn't believe this. "There is no fighting against THAT angel, friend. I'm not worth fighting for, but I have been given an... 'extension.'" Eclipse looked at Death, who was a full-angel, and eternal. He was right. "Not today." He told him.

Death stood and crossed his arms over his chest before the sound of glass shattering came again, reversed, and he was gone.

The half-angel heaved the biggest sigh of relief. "You can't hate him. He's only doing his job. Good sir, who risked his life for me. Please tell me your name. I owe you a debt."
"Then let us depart. I sense a need for my influence." Eclipse looked at the others to see what they were planning.
Sparks fly as Death's blade clangs off whatever stopped it. The black angel faces the large being with the odd hair colors.

Eclipse falls backwards, still holding onto his sword, still slowed from the loss of his powers and the fairly recent bloodloss. He looks at the royally dressed man. "Whoever you are, you must be a God." He looked back to the reaper, who was extending a hand toward the interferer, sensing him with some kind of magic. "Part of me is mortal, friend. If he doesn't take me now, he will eventually. But I don't want it to be like this. Not now..." Eclipse dipped his head. "Goddess spare me."

Death, for a guy with no face, seemed fairly pissed off.
lol Awah, I think it would have been more fun if Magnus had stuck to his guns about the whole enslave-humanity idea. That was badass.
Voiceless. Merciless. The sounds of glass shattering happen in reverse. The lights flicker. The angels are gone.

A small amount of blood remains on the floor, but otherwise... the feeling that "none of this ever happened" is absolutely sickening.
((do what now?))
That unicorn.... has buggy eyes.
