Bump
Snowfeather's eyes widened, looking at the small pup again. Poor thing, to have to go through that kind of thing. Snowfeather could understand then, why the poor mite had taken such a shock when she had seen the older wolf. And then for the wolf who looks like her mother to say she doesn't know who she is? Snowfeather remained silent as Wildflower padded over to the pup and laid down. Autumn looked up when Wildflower laid down next to her. She was quiet before she spoke. "Did I do something wrong? Is that why mother left me?" She asked in a tiny voice.
Autumn's crying had slowed and eventually stopped. She sniffled, pulling back as she gazed up at Snowfeather. The pup could see now that this wasn't her mother. Her mother had green eyes and this wolf had blue. "You're really not momma." She mumbled to herself as she got up and wandered away, ears dropping and tail limp. The tiny pup settled under a tree, amethyst eyes staring blankly in front of her her. Snowfeather turned to Wildflower. "What's going on? Where did she come from? What happened to her?" She felt her heart go out to the sorrowful little thing but she also felt a sense of helplessness because she wanted so badly to fix whatever was bothering Autumn but didn't know how to do so.
Snowfeather nuzzled against Autumn, feeling helpless as the little pup continued crying. She heard paws drumming against the ground and looked up to she Leila race over to them. Autumn pressed against Snowfeather, whimpering. "M-Momma l-left m-me." She sniffled. Snowfeather looked at Leila sadly. "It seems she has confused me for her mother." The female replied in her usual soft voice. She was confused though. Where had this little pup come from? She heard Leila ask her where someone called Dodger was. "Who?" She replied, her confusion growing. She felt a nip on her ear and looked over to she Wildflower. She gazed at the she-wolf with confusion, wanting to know what was going on.
Autumn didn't sleep for very long, having sensed that the warmth at her side had left. She exited the cave and looked around, spotting Dodge. She trotted over and sat next to him, nuzzling against him. Whatcha doing?" She inquired, wondering if she had missed anything while asleep. Snowfeather trotted into the clearing, having returned from patrolling the forest. She looked around for Ruka to make her report. Autumn saw a white wolf step into the clearing and her eyes widened. She sprang to her feet and raced across the clearing. "Mother! Mother you found me!" She cried, pouncing on the wolf in excitement. Snowfeather stumbled in surprise, gazing down at the pup with confusion. "I'm...I'm sorry little one. I think you have mistaken me for someone else. I don't have any pups." Autumn frowned in confusion. "But...But I'm your daughter. And you're my mother!" "No young one, I am not." She told her gently. "But you have to be! You have to! Why..Why did momma leave me?" Autumn wailed. Snowfeather, alarmed, began licking the pup, hoping to calm her down as Autumn sobbed. The pup just couldn't understand. Why was momma saying she didn't know who she was? Was she mad at Autumn? It just had to be her, it was the same fur color, markings, everything! Why did momma not want her? The thought made her cry louder.
"Well Autumn you can call me Sieg for right now. I'd tell you my whole name but its very long and breath taking ao .......yeah." He scooted over and pat the seat next to him signalling her to come sit next to him."So Autumn what type of magic do you use?" After asking that question he took another sip of the coffee and grinned at the taste.
Autumn blinked in surprise. She was expecting Sieg to go about the rest of his day and she would fade into the background once again. But instead he threw her for a loop and invited her to sit down with him. She complied, taking a seat next to him and folding her hands neatly in her lap. "It's very nice to meet you Sieg." She replied. She blinked at his question. "Well, I can create things using my energy." To demonstrate she cupped her hands together and concentrated. A blue light began emanating from her palms and one could see the particles begin grouping together. Soon, she was holding a blue glowing cup identical to the one Sieg was holding. She held it out for him to examine. It was as solid as the real one though if he threw it to the floor it would break into small blue chunks that would fade away. "So what about you?"
Autumn gave a vague wave in the general direction she heard CeCe's voice come from. So she was a new nurse. She could hear the excitement in the woman's voice and tried to imagine what she looked like. She envisioned a very happy and kind person in her mind's eye though she would have to ask Shane or one of the others what color her hair and eyes were. Autumn stood still, motionless. This was her normal posture, she wasn't one to fidget. Sometimes one would think she was made of marble from how still she stood sometimes but those times were mostly when she had her "episodes" as she called them.
Snowfeather Snow Adult Female Has a slight crush on Ruka No mate She has no pups(not anymore) but she adores them. She is very kind and considerate. She also has an infinite reservoir of patience. She is very gentle though she has a temper when provoked. She is very protective and will do anything to protect those she cares about. Snowfeather had belonged to a previous pace, one that was corrupt. The weak and useless are killed so the strong could survive. Snowfeather had birthed a pup that was showing signs of being a weak and fragile little thing. The Alpha of the pack killed her daughter right before her eyes. Snowfeather then left and wandered on her own for a bit. She eventually found Ruka and joined his pack upon hearing his offer. She still mourns her deceased pup but she tries to look on the bright aspect of life. Pupsitter She looks exactly like Autumn’s mother except her mother’s eyes were green while Snowfeather’s eyes are blue.
Wildflower nuzzled Autumn, that poor little pup. She couldn't imagine how badly she had been treated. "Autumn, don't worry, when you grow up you'll be so amazing at hunting. You're just young right now, but I bet you have a great mind. Come here and lay down, today has been a long day for you." She called Autumn over, offering herself as a device for comfort.
Feeling a little bit better from Wildflower's words, the small pup laid down next to the older wolf and curled up next to her. She yawned, displaying tiny sharp teeth before burying her nose against the females side. She fought against the pull of her eyelids but after a few moments sleep won out and her eyes slipped closed, her breathing deepened as the tiny pup fell asleep.
Sieg grabbed hold of Autumn's hand and pulled himself to his feet. "Hey I totally agree with you, it wouldn't be the same ,but coffee is still coffee." He snapped his finger and the coffee cup levatated out of Autumn's hand and into his."You know you really don't have to do that......oh and....um....thank you." He sipped the coffee and sat down at a near by table."Its not half bad!" He looked back at Autumn."Hey I oh you one for this coffee.....Ms......."
Autumn clasped her hands behind her back as she watched Sleg take to coffee and take a sip, proclaiming to to be not bad. She stood next to he table, shifting from one foot to the other. "It wasn't a problem. I can relate to loosing food and drink items to the floor; I'm not very graceful when it comes to walking. Oh! I'm Autumn. Autumn Eirwen." She replied. She was used to a lot of people not knowing her name though she had been at the guild ever since she was a child. She was so quiet and shy that she just tended to blend into the background. That was just the way things were and she had accepted the fact long ago. Besides, her parents had always treated her like she was an inanimate object so the way things were now really didn't come as a surprise.
