Orion & Estelle
On A21, between Willsden and Tregaron
The soft crunching of their boots joined in with the breeze as it swirled around them. Estelle brushed her hair out of her face and squinted her eyes, peering up at the sky. It was a gray blanket though she could make out that the light was waning which meant the sun must be going down. She looked up at her brother who was walking beside with his eyes on the road and reached out one small hand, tugging slightly on his jacket. "What is it Stelle?" Orion inquired, looking down at the little girl. She pointed up at the sky and he followed her finger, squinting as well. "Oh man, it's later than I thought. We should find a good place to spend the night before it gets dark." He scanned the horizon, eyes roving over the rubble and broken buildings that pock-marked the land. He finally spotted what looked like a relatively stable building in the distance in the direction of Willsden. Not that they would go into the city if they could help it. Orion tended to stay away from the cities unless he absolutely had to go in.
He pointed the building out to his sister who nodded in agreement. The duo along with Loki changed direction slightly and shot for the building. They didn't run but they walked fast as the sun dipped lower and lower in the sky. Orion didn't want to be caught out in the opening after dark when the Creepers came out. Better to find a safe structure that they could hide in and defend easily. Besides, there were very few that could outrun a pack of Creepers anyway as they hardly ever gave up when they latched onto prey. Orion and Estelle could easily change in a vampire so they could run fast but even in that form, they would eventually tire out and would need rest. So better to hide than to be found. Orion glanced at the sky and took Estelle's hand, walking faster. Loki trotted beside the girl, having been trained by Orion to always protect the girl. They even taught him commands such as whistles and clicks that Estelle could use. The girl gave the dog a soft smile as she glanced up at her big brother.
It wasn't a surprise that Estelle looked up to the boy and hoped that one day she could be as strong as he was. Orion caught her looking at him and she gave him a smile as she focused back on the ground in front of them. They were still a ways from the building and they hoped they could reach it before nightfall.

Race Description:
A Chameleon can change their brain pattern, thus changing into any kind of species in order to blend in. Their powers reach far beyond the regular Supernatural. They are seemingly able to assume the abilities of any creature they turn into. Meaning, if their brain pattern is of a vampire, they gain the speed, strength, stamina, and enhanced senses of a vampire. They can also appear completely human, if it is needed to blend in. Other supernaturals can not tell the difference and they have a hard a time identifying the person as a Chameleon. Older Chameleon's can change their brain pattern at will though the younger Chameleon's do not possess this ability until they reach eighteen years of age and tend to take on the brain pattern of the nearest adult Chameleon. As well, Chameleon's possess the ability to go completely invisible. When using this, they are able to converse with other invisible Chameleon's though any other species can not hear this conversation. However, just because they can not be seen doesn't mean they can move completely undetected. They still move objects and are fully able to encounter their environment such as bumping into people and tripping. Just as well, their scent is not hidden.
Special Abilities:
Orion has the ability that, if someone is in danger, can gain unbelievable strength, speed, agility, stamina, and enhanced senses that he can use to save that person. This ability will not work if he himself is in danger. He is also able to sense danger, like a sixth sense.

He is pretty good at hand-to-hand combat though he prefers to not let anyone get close enough for that. He also almost never misses the target he is aiming at.

His skin itself. When struck by an object, the area that is struck hardens into scales that protects him. It can stop a bullet however the impact will leave a bruise.
Passive Skills:
Orion is pretty good at making snap decisions as well as hacking technology.

Competence Check:
Orion would shove Estelle either behind rumble, or up high before switching his brain pattern to a werewolf. Now stronger than a wolf, Orion would transform quickly into his wolf form and charge at the feral beast before it could make the first move. He would use his faster reflexes to pounce on the beast and lock his jaws around its neck. One snap and it's done. The beast would fall limp to the ground and he would shift back into human form and collect Estelle from where ever he had put her.

If Estelle were to touch another person, she would instinctively know what species that person was as well as being able to always know where the person is. This ability does not even require skin-to-skin contact though it is stronger if that is the case.

Being small, Estelle can use her size to her advantage and duck around her enemy. She is light on her feet. She is also very good with throwing stars or knives.

Competence Check:
Upon seeing the wolf, Estelle wouldn't struggle as Orion placed her somewhere safe. Loki would stand guard in case the beast got around Orion. Estelle would stay hidden and not make a sound to distract Orion. If there came a chance and she had an opening, she would use her throwing knifes to wound the beast and keep it from trying to hurt her brother. Seeing as it would be distracted between her and her brother, it would be very easy for her brother to make a death blow.

Hello! I'm back and ready for some roleplays. Some things about me:
1. I will try to get on as much as I can since I am in college. Monday-Thursday are until 1:50 pm Central Time.
2. No one-liners. Honestly they annoy me because it makes me believe you are not that interested and plus they are hard to respond to. I'm not asking for a book but I do expect at least three proper sentences. I myself can generally post from two or three paragraphs to many paragraphs, it just depends on the content of my post and how into the rp I am.
3. Please use good grammar and correct punctuation. Spelling mistakes I understand; I would make them all the time if not for autocorrect.
4. I will not rp through email solely because I do not check my email often. Skype is out of the question because I haven't been getting notifications of replies until a few days later. I am fine with either threads or pm's.
5. Don't be afraid to talk to me in OOC. In fact, I like talking in OOC. It doesn't even have to be about the rp.
6. I am willing to do smut but I don't want it to be the entire rp and I will only do it in pm and with people 18+.
7. I don't want to be the one dragging to rp along; please contribute and give me ideas for the rp. Nothing makes me lose interest more than having to do everything.
8. Don't just disappear. I understand we all have life's but I would be thankful for a little warning before you go poof. I myself might go poof for a few days but just give me a poke because I might have been dealing with school or family issues. I'll try to keep you updated on when I'll be gone.
9. If you are loosing interest please talk to me, I won't be mad
I can do MxF and MxM. If it's MxF I only play girls and if its MxM my character is generally the shy, quiet, timid type. Same for my girls. The only time I will play a male for MxF is if we double and the plot has to be able to support two characters. Also, my characters are not dominating or commanding in any way. If you are looking for a character that will take control or something like that then I am not for you. However, that doesn't mean that some of my characters might not talk back or give lip but that's generally about it.

Villager x Pirate (Poseidon's Child x Leviathan):
The child of the Sea God Poseidon has been living in a remote sea-side village with their mother all their life. They are unaware of their power nor of their father's identity. One day, the village was raided by pirates and the child was taken, having gained the interest of the Captain. The next port was several weeks away and in this time, the child finds out about their power and the Captain's interest grows. But what neither are aware of is that the Captain holds the dormant power of the Leviathan, a great monster Poseidon created to protect his child. A tattoo of the beast marks the vessel. What is to become of the two when it is revealed that a group are looking for the Child of the Sea to sacrifice in a ritual to bring about the Leviathan's great power?

Human x Monster:
Human's and Monsters have been living side by side for generations. Human's have always believed that monsters were a thing of fairy tails and so when they were proved to in fact be real, panic swept the nation. Wars broke out as the humans grew paranoid that the monsters would try to eradicate them. Many died in this dark time in history. When a peace treaty was agreed upon, a monster and a human came together and created Fallen Moon Academy, a school that promotes the relations between the two species. My character is a human that attends such a school with your character. As a project that is worth more of their grade than any other assignment, a human and a monster are paired together and a bracelet is attached to their wrist. It was enchanted so the human and monster could not go more than ten feet away from each other others wise they will be stopped short by an invisible rope that will jerk them together. This leaves room for their private business such as showering and changing. My character, who believes that monsters aren't to be feared by the rest of human kind is paired with your character, a monster that despises all human existence. What is to become of them?
Beauty and the Demon:
Once upon a time there lived a prince who's heart was encased in ice. He cared not about his subjects nor the people in his castle. One fateful Christmas, a woman came knocking at the door seeking settle for her and her small child. The prince took one look at her with cold eyes and turned her away, shutting the door in her face. The woman revealed herself to be an enchantress and stated that until he could find the one to melt the ice in his heart and stay for one year in his castle of their own free will, his appearance will forever resemble the darkness of his heart. However, should the chosen take one step outside of the gates of the castle, the curse will become eternal. His time limit was his twenty first birthday. The story starts with only one year left to break the curse. Upon his chest, there is a clock tattooed just above his heart. Once the hand makes a full circle and the seal is complete, the curse will be forever. Time is ticking down and the hand has almost made a full revelation, resting in the 9 o'clock position. Can one simple village girl/boy with a yearning in their heart to escape the mundane life, melt the ice in his heart?

Devil's Bride:
There are a gifted few who can see the Youkai around us, the spirits and demons that dwell between this world and the next. My character has been plagued by these visions all their life, always being able to see things that other people can't. Not only that, these spirits go out of their way to make him/her miserable, the smaller and weaker Youkai making him/her trip over to what other people would see as nothing. Up to this point, none of these acts have been life-threatening but lately s/he has been noticing a change in them. After they almost caused him/her to go tumbling down the stairs, my character decided it might be best to go home for the day and plead that s/he was sick in order to get away with not helping clean the classroom. On his/her way home s/he noticed someone had moved into the vacant house next to his/hers. And so s/he meet your character, who later revealed himself to be a Youkai himself as well as his/her childhood friend. My character is told that s/he is what the Youkai consider to be a Bride, a human with the gift to make a Youkai strong should they marry him/her or drink his/her blood. What is s/he to do when your character reveals that he intends to make him/her his Bride?!
