Hello! Nice to see you, eh?
I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.
I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

Mocha shrugged. "Maybe what we're looking for is in another room. In any case, there are six...no, wait, here's another...seven candles here. We can each keep two and we'll still have one extra. Does anyone want it?" She handed two candles to each of the others before holding out the last one.

EDIT: Scratch that, I think I angered some sort of god or spirit or demon or supernatural force or force of nature or something, because this way past my normal level of unfortunate coincidences at this point.

Runo continued staring at the hybrid girl, thinking about how confused she looked; perhaps as confused as he had felt since waking up here, even. Based on what she had said, she was about as out of the loop as the rest of them were, so perhaps that wasn't too far off after all. Alone... That was something that he had always hated being. In a way, maybe this was like losing her pod. He knew how devastated he would be if that happened, and it saddened him to think of someone else going through such a thing.
Placing the container he held back on the ground, he rose to his feet and moved to place a hand on Eve's shoulder, giving what he hoped would read as a somewhat reassuring smile. Even if she didn't know what was going on either, at least she didn't have to be alone in it. Besides, there had to be other ways of figuring out information about this place.
So, the next thing was to find someone or something that did know what was going on, wasn't it? He looked toward the door again, wondering what exactly they should search for.

Hey there! Welcome back! It was pretty quiet without you, but don't worry. You didn't miss very much.
Devon watched intently as Alison demonstrated her ability. A healer and a hemokinetic? Makes sense, somehow. I bet that's a pretty useful ability, too. Smiling a bit, the young dragon placed a hand to it face and waited for the story. Hopefully it would be interesting; the one that the green guy told hadn't been quite as satisfying as the teen had hoped.
