Bio

Hello! Nice to see you, eh?

I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.

I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

Bump?
I think there have been three or four versions of this RP already, so it's pretty likely that Someone might have been in an earlier edition.
@The ghost in black The rift opening up startled Kyo slightly, but it wasn't anything like it had been the first few times he had seen it. The first few times had surprised him enough for a few waking nightmares, but those had still been relatively short. This time, it just jolted his senses to attention a bit more, like a camera flash. Catching the ball was a bit tricky since he couldn't track the movement as easily with the rifts in space, but he somehow managed to catch it after fumbling a bit. As soon as he caught it, however, Kyo realized a huge flaw with the plan. He wouldn't be able to say anything like this. He needed his tablet to speak, but he couldn't have it out while trying to throw and catch a ball. Honestly, it bothered him a bit that he hadn't considered this problem earlier. What was he supposed to do about it now? Staring down at the ball, he bit his lip in thought as he tried to figure out how to proceed. What could he do to communicate here?
The state of the fox-boy scared Mocha. He looked like he was in so much pain. Just the scent of blood was enough to do this? Even though she was still a bit hesitant to be near the likely carnivorous being, she was about to reach out her hand to help when Jade stepped in and told her to stay with Zack. She nodded back to the other girl as she seemed to be getting things under control already before running off to catch up with Zack. When she caught up, the rabbit-eared girl quickly noticed that the boy had stopped to look around. "Is something wrong? Did you find anything, maybe?"
So...is the were-octopus allowed, then?
What we're looking forward to? The young dragon slumped its shoulders as it sat down at a table. Now wasn't really the best time for this thought... Still, one stupid thing couldn't possibly ruin the entire camp experience, right? There had to be other things to look forward to around here. Slight frown morphing into a slightly more hopeful expression, Devon took a look at all the materials around, a little surprised at how many there were. Even if an exact concept of what exactly was wanted didn't come to mind, there had to be something in here that would be fun to work with, at least. Maybe the paints? Or the colored pencils...they did say to make a picture...oh, but cutting shapes out of the paper or maybe some fabric could still be done, right? No, wait. I should go with something I know how to do for now...or I could make a box. Satisfied with the idea, Devon stood up and went off in search of just the right sized cardboard box in the sea of art supplies.

Oddly enough, there seemed to be some sort of netting in the closet along with the supplies, though the material was a little different from what the merman was used to. The good thing about it was that he could fashion it into a bag similar to the one he remembered having before being captured, and he was able to put some of the rags and a few tools in there. Grabbing the push broom as well for a makeshift weapon in case anything happened, Runo went back to examine the machines again. It was odd. Some of the machinery looked very old, though in good condition, while some of it was obviously very advanced. He didn't understand most of it at all, but it seemed that there were a few levers and valves that could be adjusted. Still, as long as he couldn't read the signs, he had no idea what any of them did. After several more minutes of pondering, he eventually found one that seemed to have a picture of a lit up circle with an arrow and a staircase. As soon as he pulled the heavy lever, he could hear the sound of heavy machinery moving out of sight somewhere. He wasn't sure where it was, but it felt like it hadn't been just near this room. Perhaps that affected something somewhere else. I wonder what it did.
Kyo yawned and attempted to brush some of the long black hair out of his face as he approached the location described in the mysterious email he had received. It had been a long way that he had to travel to get here, and he was currently suffering a bit from the jet lag, but he sincerely hoped that it would be worth the effort in the end. At the very least, it was a much better lead to find answers than what he had been able to find before. Maybe this would turn out for the best, after all. The castle was already in sight; just a little further ahead was the front door. Adjusting the strap of his bag on his shoulder, the slightly sleepy male made his way to the door and took a moment to collect himself before knocking. Was this really the right place? He remembered what the message said, but it still all seemed like something straight out of a movie of some sort. It was hard to believe even for his tired brain.

My second character~ Unless you're taking that one, that is. I don't want to steal your thunder or anything.
